Out of all the McDonald's I have been to. This has by far been the worst experience. The staff seems to have no training, no volume handling skills, orders are wrong, or incomplete. No syrup with the hotcakes platter, really? I've witnessed all this as a bystander waiting for an Uber order. An Uber order that wasn't even put into the system until I had to walk up and confirm my presence. Even though I'm The only person standing next to the Uber eats courier sign, with my picture on the screen, indicating my arrival. The manager at this location is the obvious cause as I had no acknowledgement from the any of the staff for at least 10 minutes. When I asked about the order they told me it would be placed. I waited another ten minutes to my surprise the order isn't complete. I'm continuously waiting until I have to flag down a manager who then explains that their Uber Eats setup differs from others. No, you are differing yourself from the correct standards of Uber eats. No reason there is a designated Uber Eats pickup spot. And I have to wait 20 minutes. The entire duration of my wait they're calling order numbers out. Then a poorly trained employee informs me the order has been called by items rather than an order number, or name for the Uber customers order, or any other logical method of ensuring the order is received. Then when I strongly voice my opinion on there standards they refused to give the order to me. Customer service is something you can't take for granted. This location has none, and because of that I wasted 30 minutes waiting for an order that is undeliverable and the customer waited with no reception of his food items. Customer service entails a greeting, inquiring about the customers needs and wants, finding a solution, then a thank you and farewell. None of these were received. Read moreThe absolute worst customer service - my husband and I ordered well done fries, chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke. Easy enuf for a billion dollar burger, fry and soda chain right??? No!!!! They gave us a Diet Coke that lacked the correct amount of syrup to soda water. It was so disgusting!!! They then told us to pull around and wait for our food. 20 minutes later I went in to see why we were still waiting only to wait in the lobby another 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Finally got someone’s attention who was actually working the drive thru… she realized our bag of food had been sitting on the counter for several minutes but no one bothered to bring it to us. Since our fries were now cold I waited another 5 minutes for more fries. That’s when I realized they made my sandwich well done borderline burnt instead of the original fries. When I brought this to the managers attention he simply rambled off some lame excuse but never bothered to give me a chicken sandwich that didn’t look like a hockey puck. I’m so disgusted with the disorganization and downright disgusting practices of these chains nowadays. After reading other reviews I realize that I was not the exception but the rule at the horrible restaurant!!!!! Read moreI vowed that I would never come back to this location, but we were in a hurry, and it’s close to my destination, so here we are.
Today was a better experience in comparison to previous visits, So I am increasing my rating to at three.
Of course this is not the place that you go when you want healthy food, but McDonald’s has been well known for a long time to be a convenient place to go when you need something quick and to entertain your children.
We came today to get my son an iced coffee. If you have downloaded the McDonald’s mobile app, always check the deals first before you order in case there is a coupon for the items that you would like to have.
On today’s visit the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the playroom looking warm and inviting. Ordering do you take a little longer than usual, but the young lady expressed it was her first week and apologized and I admire that.
There was a line, but the service was pretty fast today and our order was correct.
My main issue is that if you park in the disability spaces and there is a line at the drive-thru, you will be stuck until the line goes down. Also, even though it’s not a requirement, most of the employees look as if they do not want to be there.
I look forward to visiting again, and if I can get consistent professional service, I will continuously...
