McDonald's — Restaurant in East Providence

This is the single worst location I have ever encountered. Not once or twice, but most literally all 4 occasions that I have come here have had an issue.

The staff is very young, replaceable and probably treated as so.

The first occasion the meal was wrong in the bag, right on the receipt.

The second time the speaker died, knowingly, and rather than as the cars to move, they continued taking the second lanes orders. - THEN after arriving inside, they continued to take other customers before those who waited in line.

I brought my family inside for a quick dinner. We sat in the kids room. Approximately 10 mins later a snarky staff member came through, asked us to leave and shut off the automatic door to the room. When we started to wrap up, she places a hand written letter on the door that the room closed at 8pm (it was 8:20) and there was no sign prior to placing it.

4th: After waiting the the drive thru - we found they had no soda in the back to serve. We were told to come inside. Then the cashier was clearly new and thrown to the wolves. There were multiple senor staff members in the rear, hanging out, while she struggled. She was untrained on how to operate the register. All we wanted was 3 sodas and a medium fry. After 20mins of mishaps with the machine and the customer ahead of us, we finally places our order. I self filled the cups and it took an additional 7 mins to put the fries in a bag and hand it to us. The fries were already cooked and now cold.

Stay clear. Better to try a different location...

This morning I visited the McDonald's drive-through at 721 Taunton Avenue in East Providence, RI.  I ordered a #3 breakfast meal consisting of a small hot coffee, hash brown and bacon and egg biscuit with no cheese.  I opened the biscuit wrapping to make sure there was no cheese on it and there wasn't. However, I was disappointed to discover that the egg was so overcooked that it was brown.  I told the young woman at window that the egg was disgusting and requested a new sandwich.  I was asked to pull forward into a waiting parking space and told someone would bring it to my car, which they did.  When I got home and opened the "new" bacon and egg biscuit it looked exactly like the same one I returned. The only difference was the burnt side of the egg was now on the bottom!  Needless to say I was NOT HAPPY!  I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. A woman who identified herself as Sadie took my name and said they would make me a new sandwich and asked if I would be back for it today. Ummmm.....no! This was the most disappointed I've ever been with a McDonald's before. Two people in front of me in line and ordering was quick and easy. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed the drink station was an absolute mess: Lids, napkins, and straws everywhere...nobody had cleaned it in some time. I then noticed the trash cans inside and outside were both overflowing. I proceeded to wait for my food, the two people in front of me left, orders were being walked out the door to the drive-through customers. 12 minutes later I asked where my food was. They scrambled to get it together quick. Finally after 16 minutes I had my family's food. Meanwhile this whole time the workers are just meandering around, not seeming to be in a rush. The worker preparing the bags of food to go was consistently on her cell phone. The restaurant itself had a more modern look then other McDonald's I've been in. The bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating and parking. Large play place and seating there as well but of course it's closed. I don't plan on visiting this McDonald's again. The service and cleanliness...
