Dunkin' — Restaurant in East Rutherford

This is the Dunkin Donuts location inside of BJs in East Rutherford, NJ.

While the food came out promptly and the tables are clean, I had to wait a while for a staff member who could not be found across the entire front counter to take my order, despite no line present. This has happened previously on multiple occasions.

Additionally, it appears that management does not want to address this issue, but in fact encourages this behavior. they recently added a sign that directs everyone to the kiosk instead of interacting with a staff member.

Signs like this tell the customer they are not valued and staff prefer to hide in the back office instead of serving the customer. In fact, I’ve witnessed a couple of customers laugh out loud as they read the sign.

Really surprised and disappointed when I went to this location and asked for a cup of ice in addition to the drink ordered, I was advised it would cost $.50 for this. The Dunkin location in Rutherford and the Starbucks locations in East Rutherford and Secaucus have never charged for ice in addition to an order placed. Definitely changed my view of this location. Used to really love the convenience of this location but perhaps a little more effort for better service is required.

Worst dunkin i have ever been to. I asked this worker for loaded hash browns and i get my order finding out that he gave me regular hash browns. I told him i ordered loaded hash browns and proceeds to say that i did not order that. I keep telling him i said loaded hash browns then he starts to make it and when i got it i was furious. I opened my bag to see that he used the same hash browns and just poured a little drizzle of cheese on them without the bacon. Never...
