Glaze — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

Two years ago I was a bi monthly plus customer and I regularly would buy breakfast burritos for my crew. At this time they were 9.50 per burrito, and I was happy to pay as quality was above average. Being on a new job site and with a new crew, I decided to do the same thing to reward my guys hard work. To my surprise I found that the same burrito had increased in price to 15.50 each per the website. I thought to myself that yes this was a substantial increase however, I am an owner operator of a full-service restaurant that is based in another town and I understand, the prices have increased. Upon arriving at and paying for my burrito I was informed that the price was actually 1725 per burrito. Not only was the website information inaccurate, even though it was listed as having been updated less than 24 hours prior, but now the price had increased by a ridiculous 82% in less than two years. Though I understand the difficulty of small business owners I find price gouging to this extent to be unacceptable. 100% Best Bakery Ever! All the staff is top notch! I wish I could photos of our cake, cupcakes and our breakfast food we ate the morning we picked everything up for our wedding.

All of it was the absolute best! Incredible flavors and everything tasted so incredible.

We even had help loading it I our car which was super nice. They had detailed instructions on how to ensure the cakes safety for transportation.

The only negative thing I can say about this place is that sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait a little.

Came 10 minutes before closing on 8/23/16 (I watched as their early 2pm closing time turned many potential customers away).

I got 4 donuts for my family and asked about free refills on the drip coffee. I was curtly told they offer them but are closing in 5 minutes. I looked around and saw others who were still eating or had just gotten their lunch.

As I sat down to eat, tables were pulled in from the sidewalk and stacked in the dining area. Then, the lights were shut off over the diners (we who were beginning to have donuts and lunch were now subjected to what's termed in the industry, "The hard close".)

I had to finish fast and leave past customers who were being turned away at the door and watched the waitress headed for her car.

I liked my peanut butter fritter but the old fashioned and raspberry filled that my brother and neice had were not good and my dad's cinnamon twist was dry.
