Cashier tawnya was extremely rude. When I brought my purchase to the register she asked me how much they cost. I told her I have no idea. She then told me that there was nothing she could do about it. I was told by tawnya that I would have to go back and write down the prices of my objects and come back. I inquired about a price book that she could look the items up in and she informed there was not one. Eventually, tawnya called another older individual over and he seemed very disturbed that he had to cease the nothing he was doing and assist a customer. Another eventually later he came back with the objects in question and their prices. I checked out and left. This location is close to my house and usually has the things I need. However, the customer service is rarely acceptable. There always seems to be plenty of staff working but none of them in my experience are willing...

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. When I walked into the store I was acknowledged by 1 employee named Velma who claimed to be a supervisor who yelled at me and threatened to call the police because I was in the store. Almost as soon as this happened I was surrounded by at least 7 other employees who were jeering and yelling at me to wear a mask or get out without regard to my medical condition. I was scared and about to break down when the supervisor Velma decided to call another supervisor over while I was cornered by the 8 employees unable to to leave the store or move without bumping into one. This store discriminated against my husband because he has breathing problems and cannot wear a mask which is ILLEGAL. The manager, Freddy, told my husband that he needed to leave the store repeatedly even after my husband informed him of the ADA which states it is illegal for a business to discriminate against somebody based on disability and must AT LEAST offer reasonable accommodations to the customer which he did not do. He did not offer curbside, delivery, or anything. Freddy is a huge hypocrite considering my husband has him on video wearing his mask BELOW HIS CHIN as he's ordering my husband to leave and calling the cops on him. Will never patronize this...
