I recently visited this place with my family on the last day of our vacation. The ambiance is delightful and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable for the comfort it provides. One thing that stood out to me was the ample parking space and ADA compliant, which made the entire experience stress-free. It was a busy Friday night, but we were bowling within 10 mins. The food and drinks were phenomenal. The house salad was fresh and crisp. The chef might be short, but his talent is out of this world. The staff was incredibly hospitable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The best part is the arcade that kept my children occupied while I sampled the rotating beer selection. One of the worst experience I’ve had at the bowling alley. Been coming here often to get ready for league and I got charged a pitcher for last call with a girl name Jocelyn . I was wondering what happened with my pitcher since I still haven’t received it several minutes later. She mentioned she needed to wash some pitchers. Talk to the girl and she claimed she gave it to us. No pitcher is on our table at all. I got called a liar. She then went to the back while I was standing there waiting. I didn’t receive it until 10:22, I refused it because im not going to drink a whole pitcher before they close at 10:30. Didn’t receive a refund and got charged for my games. Honestly I just came in to bowl and blow off some steam and I get told to move for having a beer at my table because some high schoolers came in which I wasn’t aware of. The employee made me feel like I was a problem when I just wanted to chuck a ball and keep to myself. No the 1 free practice game doesn’t make me feel good at all. The fact that paying customers are told to move and league bowling takes over all the time is annoying. Let the paying customers bowl and stop talking badmouthing them for your own personal actions.
