Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

We received a text about a special event for "get 9 stamps for every large coffee purchase". We bought 4 drinks: jelly donut, golden eagle, s'mores, and flap jack. If you read their descriptions, they are very different drinks, but what we were given was the same watered down, bitter, muddy excuse for coffee. When we asked them to fix the drinks, they just kept adding more and more sugar into them, but none of the actual flavors advertised in our selected drinks. I understand they were busier than usual due to the event, but if you can't handle an event, you shouldn't host. They initially gave us 4 stamp cards for the 4 drinks, but when we finally got frustrated with their 4th pour of sugar (their idea of a fix) and asked for our money back, they took the stamp cards back. No big deal, but they debited our card within seconds and now, we have to wait at least 3 days to get our money back, IF they even give it back to us. Very disappointed that they seemed more focused with getting us out of the way rather than taking care of what were once...

Went to East Wenatchee store. They were busy as normal cars backed all way down drive. Car in front of me was either employee or friends of staff and it took 2 employees to take his order. Once that vehicle was at windows they handed out his 1 drink and continue to talk and hand out straws to person (at least 5 straws that I counted for one drink) for several minutes. I honked they glared and then keep talking. So yes I hit my horn again and went longer. Car finally got hint and left. When I get to window I get why are you so mad. Ummm I gave you my money for drinks and then have to watch you mess around with your buddies. I wanted refund that person didn't know how to do. Second employee asked what was going on and when he was told just picked up are drinks and tossed them in garbage. No manager ever stepped to window to try to fix issue. And on top of it i get told we are supposed to play with are customers. Guess what in all the time I have been going to your business have I never ever had...

We went on Father’s Day because my girl wanted to buy me a drink. We got 3 drinks and a pup cup. They forgot to give us the third drink for my daughter and came back to the window after a minute to ask me to leave. They gave us the drink once they realized the mistake. After we got to the park we were taking our dog to I found out that my cup had a crack in it and had leaked all over my center console. I did my best to clean it up but it’s still all sticky. I called in to let them know about the issue but you can’t contact the store directly, just a call center. I called back today to let them know so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The call center worker brushed off the concerns I had about my vehicle and put a free drink on my girls Dutch account but I won’t be going back after the way the staff and call center responded...
