Go Sushi — Restaurant in East Wenatchee

Wenatchee/East Wenatchee have a serious problem with Teriyaki restaurants. I'm new to the area and explored the mall and when I spotted Sushi To Go, I thought "Maybe these guys will know how to make a proper spicy chicken teriyaki" and ordered it with no rice, all salad which was made correctly. I took it to go along with a sushi roll and went home. The server was very friendly and accommodating. The salad dressing was as expected. The chivken I got though, was little chunks of un-sauced chicken breast. I'm wondering if I forgot to say "teriyaki" and she thought I just wanted spicy chicken... Or is this how they make their teriyaki chicken? I don't know, but even teriyaki sauce wouldn't save this. Why breast? That's not right. And the roll was very much fall apart and difficult to eat, but did taste good. I think we need more Koreans to emigrate to the area, because we all know they make the best Teriyaki.
