I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time I went to this store, the guys are great and very professional. The first time I went to this store I saw Ric, he’s the best, haven’t had a problem he couldn’t handle and help me resolve. He definitely knows the business and knows what he’s doing. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it’s been to have him as my salesman and the one I go to for customer service. Another thing I like about this store and GoVerizon is it’s not like the other Verizon stores, always crowded with exceptional waiting times, with mostly unhappy results adding up to a total waste of time to get nothing accomplished but at best, a phone number to call. I have never once went to Ric at GoVerizon and left unhappy, this guy makes it his business to make sure you leave a satisfied customer, and happy to refer family and friends, knowing how he works and knowing they will be happy with his services and leave satisfied customers. I think he found the right job for himself, because he seems to enjoy what he does and he’s very good at it. Read moreI purchased my iPhone here along with a screen protector with a “lifetime warranty”. That was their first lie in this story. The first time my screen broke, I tried to call for a screen replacement but they said it was “mandatory to revisit the same store for the replacement”; so I did. That was their second lie. Secondly, this store is a far drive from me, but I followed their rules for the second screen replacement and revisited recently because this screen protector breaks like cryogenic ice. When I went this time they said it was discontinued from the stores and they proceeded to try to sell me 1000$ worth of product. They told me to go online for a replacement and “they can send it to me”.That was another lie. They also don’t exist online. So I called goadvantage (the screen protector company) who insisted on confirming that all the things named above were 100% lies and that they’ve had repeated complaints from other customers for the same thing. they said go wireless lies to you just so they can try to sell you other things that are in store now. Read moreExceptional service! I had two back-to-back visits to this location last weekend and each time I received courteous and attentive services from them, both Gni and Yemi. In the end, a days-long, complicated ordeal (stemming from AT&T) was resolved as a direct result of their competence and patience. On both occasions, we needed Verizon headquarters to intervene on the phone; Yemi advocated for us and tended to us, explaining to us each step of the process and encouraged us during roadblocks. I watched Gni and Yemi single-handedly attend to each walk-in customer with friendly and timely service; they quoted each customer with a realistic time to either wait or return. It was a marvel to watch them work. Yemi was even so kind to be willing to play Disney+ on their store’s TV for our 12-month old. Above and beyond! Yemi was committed to seeing our issue to the end, and he did! It was a relief to get our phones up and running again. This level of support and patience is bar none. They will be our go to location.
