The pizza is soooo delicious, and such great service! I stopped in late to get a couple slices. They didn’t have any at the moment, so the helpful and friendly gentlemen behind the counter said “I’ll make you a fresh pie, no problem!” Some places will turn you away, too lazy to make a fresh pie for only two slices. Not Casa di Franco. Not only was it well worth the wait, (which was ten minutes tops), but the slices were fantastic! Perfect cheese to sauce ratio. Slightly crispy and super-tasty crust. I have zero complaints. Only this rave review. Thank you so much Casa di Franco! 5 stars without question! I’ll definitely be back soon!
Update** Now that I’ve been frequenting Casa Di Franco for the past year, I can safely and confidently say it’s absolutely the best pizza place in Easton. Try the Grandma pizza, it is amazing. Perfect flavors that all mingle together deliciously. Fresh mozz, thin crust, and the sauce is just above and beyond. It’s worth every penny. The stuffed shells, butter pierogies, cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks...all the same quality. Honestly I’d try anything from there. The owner Eric and the employees are always friendly and kind, and they’re delivery is quick too. I cannot think of one bad thing to say about this place. If you try it you won’t regret it. Seriously though, that Grandma...
Read moreThe food here is good, but it is not the best to me personally. I have ordered here twice. The first experience was good and my sister and I enjoyed the food, but the second experience was a bit off. The first time we ordered, we got the ziti, chicken alfredo, and fried calamari. The second time we only ordered two alfredos because my sister told me it was really good. We were disappointed that the second time we had it, it was a bit too oily and it lacked a bit of flavor for us. It was different than how we had ordered it the first time. The calamari was good, but I would not order it again. Although the second experience was not that great, I would still give it a four star as I did enjoy the first experience a lot. I would still order...
Read moreI have no idea what these guys are doing. But they are crushing it. Talk about consistent. The past three times I’ve gotten takeout it’s been the exact same pie. I don’t know what it’s like to dine in but it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had in the valley (I grew up here). It’s different from NY pizza, but if you have PA taste it’s literally perfect: the dough is just slightly sour and the sauce is sweet but not too sweet and a great consistency (I recommend extra sauce). I hope the owner doesn’t change anything, because the formula is so solid. Again. Super consistent quality wise and good enough that I feel inclined to sit down and...
