I was excited to read about its opening on the local newspaper, and was rooting for its success. But after today, I feel it is no better than any other pho joints in the area. I had a "pho dac biet" (special pho). The bowl came out hot. However, the broth was quite bland, lacking the aroma of star anise and cinnamon. The meats were spare, a few slice of rare cooked beef, while brisket was a few small bits, as was with tendon. Needless to say, its pho is average at best. Service is adequate for the place. The restaurant is new so it was still pretty clean. Will give it another try in a couple of weeks... Second visit.... We had to wait about 10 min to be seated. When we got our seats, we waited for another 10 min while the only waitress of the place arguing with a customer about the order that was not right.... We finally walked out .... I do not think they are ready for business..

One of the best places to get pho. Excellent selection and I love that the menu items are numbered so you can just tell the wait staff the number off the menu instead of trying to pronounce it. The pho is flavorful, very reasonably priced, and you get a lot of it. The bahn mi is also delicious and the bread is warm, soft and delicious. The wait staff is super friendly and will answer all your questions and try to accommodate you. One of our favorite places to go to!

I went with my kids last weekend. The young guy who works as a waiter didn’t look to happy and he could barely understand us. The food was mediocre not worth $14.99 for Pho bowl. The BBQ Korean ribs we ordered were tough and very fatty. Overall it is a miss with us we will not be going back.

Where do I begin? I’ve come here numerous times. It’s never been consistent, The chicken is never made consistent either but what did it for me today was the chicken was rubbery as My Daughter 🤦‍♀️😝😝 said, and when you took it out the soup, it looked like well it was out of the bag so I showed her She said they ran out of fresh chicken. My daughter still ate the soup. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the soup after that! I go there a lot because it’s convenient and I love pho Sometimes I IT is OK but today I was done. I’m not going back there. I guess now I have to go all the way to Allentown not to mention the other day. I was there the day before yesterday. The chicken was OK. It was real chicken. The broth was OK but I had dropped. The leaf that they give you to put it in I forgot what it’s called. They were two pieces still there TODAY on the floor from when I had left THE OTHER DAY BECAUSE I SIT in the same spot all the time so that just told me that they don’t clean yeah I’m done. I’m not going there. I think they should be shut down and I think they need new owners. There’s always A WEIRD SMELL that I can’t make sense of it, but I’m good Not going back which I hate that because I...

I am unfair because I have tasted the best. I am not one of those "local guides" Zagat-wannabe. I am not here to nick-pick and thrash.

So, the family I know were refugees from Vietnam. They came to this country after the fall of Saigon. I was fortunate to have tasted the best Pho. Everything thereafter can only be judged against that standard.

Now the food. I had the large Pho. The serving was generous for that was the first time I couldn't finish all the noodles. However, the broth is a bit too light to me. My wife who had similar bowl thought it was just right. The spring rolls were very crispy outside and done right.

The place looks new, probably it has been renovated not long ago. I like the place to improve and succeed. I know restaurant business is a tough one. I put myself through college working at many restaurants. I know the hardship.

I saw young patrons and those more adventuresome types. I will frequent this place once in a while and I will tell my...

I have eaten pho all across the country from west to east coast. I removed any expectation or opinions of previous pho restaurants before coming in and was deeply impressed by not only the excellent service & presentation but most importantly the taste. I had a small pho tai (steak) and was humbly satisfied by the portion size and perfect amount of sides. I like to add sauces to my bowls but always taste before doing so and the broth was full bodied, so much so that it seeped through my extra additions. Noodles were perfect, beef was perfect and I really enjoyed this experience. Do not listen to the ill mannered, negative reviews filled with minuscule complaints that are typical of whiny patrons, left by people who probably think it’s appropriate to blow their noses at the table, about price and portions. Pricing is very fair and if you want more sides just ask, maybe? This noodle house is great and anyone who actually likes pho will definitely enjoy...
