One of the best dining facilities in the Lehigh Valley. I don't know anywhere else you can get authentic Ramen noodles near here! Delicious, savory broth served with soft and chewy noodles, topped with an assortment of toppings that drive my taste buds wild. I could eat here every week, no problems.

One thing I forgot to mention: my kids have food allergies, and they are FANTASTIC about being aware and knowing what ingredients are in their food! They helped to make sure that my kids felt safe eating here and the experience was satisfying. It is not easy finding places that we feel comfortable in, and their low use of nuts and shellfish really help! Thank you for the little things!

Edit: 2/14/2020 I came here on Valentine's Day with my wife, and saw that I could get the Mister Lee's Noodles, Upgraded with the Local Pork Rib. I decided to try it out. Oh my goodness. Literally, one of the best things I have ever eaten. The pork ribs, 2, were amazing. They were incredibly tender, but still had enough texture that they were not mushy. Which is what made it so good! The outside was almost crispy, and I must admit, I ate everything on that rib, it was so good. It wasn't BBQ, but it had the right amount of salt and seasonings, and I could actually taste the pork. And, the 2 ribs were huge! Wow, I can't go on enough about this. I actually talked to the cook, they use a method called Confit, it's French, and it actually seals in the flavors while cooking. They can't make it all the time, so if it's there when you get there, upgrade that ramen! You...

Review for my fellow asians. Ramen here is ok, not bad, but flavors do not compare to NYC ramen. Their prices are similar as well, but portions are much smaller at Mr Lee's. For $15 a bowl, i can get a real tonkatsu ramen bowl instead of this asian inspired stuff. I know its in the farmers market but its so cramped and theres no where to wait. This is a place where you can get the photos and experience of ramen. I will stick to travelling for a good bowl of ramen. If you are an asian person looking for the comfort of a good soup, just travel out of the valley. Or the closest thing to good ramen is the pork ramen at the Shelby in Allentown.

Also, this company does not advertise themself as "asian inspired.". If they did they would save the disappointment. The name is Mister Lee's. You sell ramen, not ramen inspired. You spelled Kim chi, kimchee. If you advertise yourself as an Asian fusion then the expectation is set to be different. You can do farm to table with actual flavor instead of this misrepresentation. This place caters to the people who never had a bowl of ramen and don't appreciate the culinary art of it. My recommendation is they change their advertising, or straight up just improve their recipes and portions. Otherwise Misters Lees feels like appropriation and an insult to Asian food culture, which is...

In general I’ve been stoked to finally see more variety for food options open up in Easton, but I hate to say this one was a bit of a disappointment. I love ramen but this felt more like a noodle dish with a touch of broth- the ratio just way off and not nearly enough liquid. The noodles were also undercooked and more difficult to eat, while the “greens” seemed like a total afterthought and something straight out of a bag salad kit- just thrown in, not cooked down or wilted at all. I feel like it would have been so much easier to just cook down some bok choy or spinach; why bother with raw mixed salad greens?? The fried chicken on top was a bit of an odd choice since it got soggy very quickly so you have to eat it fast, but it tasted good and next time I’d just ask for a side of it instead. In the future I’d like to see them offer a solid staple done right like a classic tonkotsu, instead of putting new “twists” on things that just don’t feel all...

We’ve absolutely loved coming here for ramen especially for their Spicy ramen. They were one of the better ones around, but recently their noodles changed for SURE! Previously their noodles were soft, thin, nice chew, texture and tasted much like ramen noodles. Past couple of times, it’s like we’re eating spaghetti in soup, the portion have gotten smaller, not enough broth AND the price went up from $15 to $18! For 3 ramens, that’s $9 increase for us. The veggies in it haven’t been consistent. Sometimes you’ll get broccoli, if you’re lucky you’ll get a few jalapeños, sometimes you’ll get bokchoy other times there isn’t any fresh veggies on top at all except sprinkles of scallions for presentation!!! These veggies are alway available so there’s no excuse for inconsistency. We won’t be returning again. The quality isn’t same to be paying $18 for a bowl of spaghetti and broth.

When Mr. Lee's opened in the Easton Indoor Market, my wife and I scoffed at the idea of paying $15 for a bowl of soup. A month or so later, we had dinner at Bolete, the four-star restaurant owned by the same chef who started Mr. Lee's, and were so amazed by the food that we decided to give Mr. Lee's a shot. We've gone there once a week ever since. The ramen is spectacular. The broth is rich and deep. (The cold ramen, which is also delicious, lacks broth, but you can always order a bowl of broth on the side to avoid missing out.) Mr. Lee's ramen has displaced pho as my favorite soup. My wife likes the fried chicken ramen. I alternate between hot and spicy, and bacon. The staff is warm and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend this place.
