Wow, customer service is really getting worse! There is a manager named Joyce who is grossly unprofessional and rude. She heckles customers by laughing at them with other coworkers, just for reminding her that return customers whose order was made incorrectly deserves a polite apology and not interrogation. If food was not made with key ingredients like the protein, a customer pays and brings back the receipt with the unfinished product and also alerted the store as soon as I got home. I was told that they would note it and that I should bring it back at any time, there should not be a rude inquisition. This very unpleasant, unnecessary, and unprofessional experience happened in front of my kids!!! Her treatment was so embarrassing. . This manager was even aware of the note that was left for her by the previous manager, but chose to use “politics of the ridiculous” to make stupid inquiry. She even delayed the customer s behind me for no reason.
I had the receipt and product with me. It was so weird and unprofessional. Classless person! I’ve been so busy I know that corporate should hear about this. That’s how rude and ridiculous she was. She should not be a manager. I don’t feel comfortable with that particular Panera. People are sleeping on the job forgetting simple and important parts of the food and managers being unnecessarily rude and crude. Wow!!! It was bizarre. The food is getting worse. It’s not worth it. That kitchen area looks deplorable even. I was even afraid that she would contaminate my other order for the kids because I admonished her. I had to check and keep an eye on her. That is how wretched she presented herself. When chanced I will...
Read moreMy recent experience at Panera in Rialto, CA left much to be desired, particularly due to the interaction with Joyce, the supervisor on duty. I want to emphasize that my review is not a reflection of the commendable service provided by the other employees at this location, who were polite and helpful throughout.
Upon inquiring about the status of the Wi-Fi, one of the employees informed me that it might be affected by ongoing issues with the system. She kindly offered to check with the supervisor, Joyce, who was nearby. Unfortunately, Joyce seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging the employee's inquiry, let alone making eye contact with me as a customer. Her response, a curt "I do not know," lacked any semblance of concern.
Despite the employee's efforts to follow up, Joyce remained indifferent, casually pulling out her phone to check it while dismissively responding, "I guess not." This brief encounter left me feeling unimportant and disregarded as a customer, with Joyce's attitude reflecting a glaring lack of professionalism and customer care.
I want to express my gratitude to the employee who handled the situation with diligence and courtesy. It's evident that not all supervisors possess the necessary skills to fulfill their roles effectively, and Joyce's behavior serves as a prime example of...

A place in online order for a quick dinner since my son had practice until 9 PM my order consisted of 2 bowls of chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese simple right. I go pick up the order and get all the way home only to find that they gave me 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup. So now my son does not have dinner and he has to wait for me to drive back to the restaurant to get the correct soup. You would think that the manager on duty would be willing to rectify the situation for my find situation for my inconvenience not the case at all. I asked him to refund my money and give me the correct soup he told me that he would not be able to do that he can only do one or the other. It wad 9:30pm why could you not give my meal for free you are closing in 30mins. I and am tried of just accepting this poor customer service and I definitely will not be visiting this location again.
