This morning. I went through the drive through to attempt to order a traveler. The person who stood outside to take orders, immediately told me that i couldnt order it through rhe Drive through. Which was odd because other locations allow me to do it. Needless to say she advised the inside that i wanted to order a traveler rudely, and then waved us off. We went through rhe drive through and got to the window and advised that we wanted to order a traveler, we advised that we wanted Blonde coffee, didnt ask us about cup sizes or anything took our payment and told me we needed to go inside. We park and go inside and the traveler was not started, after 5 minutes they started making it. 25 minutes later we are finally walking out with our coffee. Take it to my event and it is NOT blonde the coffee was dark and muddy.
I am writing this because Starbucks typically has great service but in this instance, we didnt get the service from inital impact through receiving my order. To top it off, wrong type of coffee. To soend money and time for an incorrect product is beyond me. Called the store to obtain manager information and i was put on hold multiple times. I will not revisit this location again and will stick with the stores that were able to support me with customer service and a product...
Read moreNever order on your MOBILE. For some reason they never do it on time. I order my drink on the app hopeing I would just walk in and get it. I was wrong. I asked a lady with long black hair in a pony tail and glasses. She said to give her a sec. I actually waited 5min. I knew she forgot about me so I went where people order. I asked a guy if there was a drink for me. He then had to ask about 3 different people where to locate my drink. After 27min waiting I finally got my drink. Its ridiculous! Plus, when I was there, two employees had their aprons over their shoulder making drinks for themselves!... Come on, customer service here. Next time I should just go back there and make my own drink. Seems like it's the thing...
Read morehorrible service, got my drink wrong once again. also the guy stated my card was not working. i asked what the message its saying if it was because of the chip and to run it again. he goes no its not working i said is it saying declined or what is it saying, he said ya it is.( he didnt even bother to run it again) I called my bank right after asking what happened and they stated they show no attempted charges and it never came thru. my point is make sure your employees let alone know how to make a drink and know how to run a damn credit card and not say false messages and to read the correct message that the card reader is stating. Common sense A credit card only states decline if it is 100%...
