Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Eatonton

The staff was very young and unexperienced. My receipt showed that the order taker’s name was Courtney, she asked me to put my credit card into the card reader, I got I message that said “Approved” on the VISA machine, but she said that the other machine (the one that prints the actual receipt) did not process the purchase so she asked me to do it again. I was surprised but thought that she knows better as a cashier, so I did it again, got the “Approved” message on the VISA machine, but again, she said that she didn’t get the receipt meaning it did not process….at that point a customer that was next to me told me to be careful, because if I was getting the approved message on the VISA machine, that meant I was for sure getting charged. My family was hungry so I tried a 3rd time anyway, this time I got the approved message on the VISA machine and also got the receipt from the other machine. I checked on my bank’s app my credit card’s balance and just how the customer said, I was charged 3 times. I asked the girl to make sure that I got my money back for the other 2 times. She wasn’t sure what to do, so she called the manager, they were both nice, but apparently neither knew what to do. The manager said her name was Luna, she said that she went into the computer to cancel the 2 extras but couldn’t leave any proof of it for me to take. I just told her that I would trust them to do their best efforts to correct this issue with VISA so that I get my money back. A week later I still see all 3 charges in my account. I had to talk to my bank rep to make sure they do not pay those 2 extra duplicate charges. Anyway, a bad experience, I did not pay much attention to the food really. Be very careful when paying here!!! I don't blame the staff, but they have a technical issue that they need to know...

Live about 9 minutes away and was so excited to have a pizza place that delivers finally near me. Ordered from them about 4 times until today 11/7/2020 they decided that they do not deliver to us anymore because we are outside the radius which is 4 miles and only 9 minutes away ? Mind you, we placed an order online through the system for delivery before and all of a sudden it switch to carry out..... well I guess its back to Mellow Mushroom, better pizza anyway but Marcos was winning customers in my neighborhood until that move. Bye Bye Marcos when you could have gotten a developing neighborhood as a customer. I know it is not the manager but cooperate needs to get it together so this is a message to you cooperate get your...

This place is complete and total garbage. Marcos doesn’t have great pizza to begin with, but the incompetence and mis-management of this location is truly special in its ineptitude. Pizza ordered through the app at 5:40. Confirmation email says pick up time is 6:15. Show up at 6:30, told they are running behind and pizza is next to go in oven. At 7:15 after multiple employees told me that my order was the next to come out, manager tells me that they haven’t started my order and then it would be another 40 minutes, and confirms that the employees have just been lying to people because they are running behind. Trash people — do not order from here, there is a mellow mushroom...
