Dunkin' — Restaurant in Eatontown

I have never written a review,, but this made me so mad I had to. As someone who used to work in the food industry I am usually always understanding that mistakes happen and sometimes people aren't having a good day. I went to this dunkin drive through and ordered a large cold brew with light almond milk. I specifically said almond milk. They gave it to me and I drove away. About 10 minutes later while drinking it I realized they put whole milk on it as it was on the label ( written very small). I have an autoimmune disease and I need to avoid dairy at all costs to control it. I noticed the mistake and I still called and was very polite (because again everyone makes mistakes) and asked if i could come back for another one, which the manager said yes to. After I pulled up the the drive through, I explained my situation again and the barista was very rude demanding a receipt. When I pulled up to the drive-through, its like she gave me extra almond milk out of spite and ruined the drink. No apology, she just handed it to me with the biggest attitude. I now have broken out in hives due to the whole milk and the mistake was one thing but the extreme amount of attitude given from the employees over their mistake was not needed. I have been going to this dunkin for years now. A few months ago one of the employees gave me coffee instead of tea. So I had to go back around the drive through. While waiting in line a customer hit the back of my car. Granted it wasn't dunkins fault for someone hitting me. But it would not have happened if they got my order right the first time! Someone associated with that location told me they would offer me one hour of pay for the 2 hours of work I had to miss due to essentially their negligence. No one sent me anything, I go to this dunkin because it's the closest to my house. They have literally messed up my order SO many times. There was one very sweet woman who was typically in the drive through in the mornings, I saw her most mornings. Everytime she isn't there my order is messed up. So many of the employees are just miserable and are rude. The last few times I get attitude for essentially just placing an order so it seemed. I'm so done and I will never go to this location ever again! I guess my hard earned money means nothing to them and they feel as if they are doing me a favor by making my latte. The service was horrible, greeted with a nasty attitude, the girl who serviced me didn't even have the good sense to wear gloves when handling my munchkins. Oh by the way, my hash browns were burned and my breakfast sandwiches were cold. When I asked for a receipt she would not give it to me. I then gave her back my munchkins which appeared to be crushed with her fingers when she put them in the bag and she took my bag denying me a replacement or refund. When I asked her if I could speak to her manager, she said no. She then proceeded to call her manager giving her side of the story without giving me an opportunity to speak to her manager. I was then instructed to leave the property or face the police. When I requested the items that I had paid for or a refund she became extremely belligerent and proceeded to call the police.
