I bought an air hockey table from this place. When I arrived, Guy assisted me showing me all the models. He turned them on and allowed me to test them out and also cleaned them off to give me a better feel of their performance. A few units were out of my price range but he offered a 6 month 0% interest Wells Fargo plan to think about. I told him I'd think about it, and without any trouble said no worries and gave me his card and told me he'd be happy to help anytime. The floor model that I liked did had a defect on the surface (it really wasn't an issue to me and the table still worked fine with it although I could see people being picky), but they discounted the price 90% off retail in order to reflect the damage, unbelievable and what great service to discount it to meet the desire of their customers. On the way out my girlfriend who was with me was talking about one of their outdoor elliptical bikes. Guy said anyone at anytime could test out the bikes in order to get a feel for what they are like. I called the next day and spoke to Pete about my interest in the discounted air hockey table. I told Pete I wanted to pick the table up and I will figure out transportation. Pete told me I me if I wanted to pay in order to hold the table, he would hold it until I could arrange for pick-up, even if it took me a month to get the item. So I came down to the store and bought the item, and was hoping it would fit in my SUV, which it remarkably did, somewhat. He helped take the unit apart and carry it and assisted with putting it in my car. Along this time, he was respectful and genuine, very easy going, and answered my questions. I would buy from this place again! Good genuine friendly service and seems like a very cool facility as well, it's huge, never seen a warehouse size building that just had exercise equipment and other cool lifestyle choices such as grills and massage chairs. I was shopping for a Landice treadmill and was pushed towards a Matrix treadmill by the store manger, Jeremy who sort of implied that they might be having financial difficulties. The first Matrix model he showed me had an error message he could not clear and said this had never happened before but that it was a floor model. I was not comfortable with this brand but I mentioned Costco was selling for over a $1,000 less and Jeremy said he would price match but only on the non-folding model. I asked if he could do the same price on the folding model which he said he would have to ask his boss about. He did not call me back as promised so I contacted him a couple of days later and now he tells me that they can only match the Costco promotion but that it ended months ago to which I told him that he is an outright liar. Jeremy purposely delayed getting back to me so that I would lose the promotional price even on the non-folding model and then acted like he knew nothing about it. I am thankful that I am not going with Matrix as I have seen much cheaper treadmills in other stores and never saw one which was not working like the Matrix model he showed me. Great selection!! My wife and I were in the market for an elliptical and other fitness stores had poor selections and rickety items. We chose a Horizon Evolve 3. It was sturdy and folds! Had it delivered just the other day. No regrets. Gives a great workout and has a simple, logical display. There are two mall issues with the machine.... One is the built-in speaker which stinks. Sounds tinny. I have a $15 Bluetooth speaker that sounds far superior. Honestly, I couldn't care less as we have an audio system in the same room and never intended, nor cared, to use the cheap speaker. But kinda shoddy. The other issue is just silly. There is NO on-off switch. Really??? You have to unplug the darn thing when done. So, I bought a convenient on-off switch that plugs into the electrical socket. But, my goodness, that's just being stupid cheap. In regard to the store, our salesguy, Jeremy, was amazingly helpful and gave us plenty of attention and answered our questions.
