This place is the absolute best, it's my favorite restaurant, asides from Amy's Omelette, but that's a brunch place and maybe a diner, but Olive Garden is my go-to spot for dinner. It brings me back so much nostalgia, from the greasy bread sticks, to the food itself. It's funny, since this is an Italian restaurant, you'd think I would order something like lasagna, or spaghetti (That's just basic food when an American thinks of Italian food, but it's all I could think of.), but no, I instead still order the same macaroni and cheese with grapes, it's good, that's why. A huge part of my childhood from this place is the games, like the tablet you use to pay has games, recently when we went to Olive Garden this summer, I found a car racing game which made me obsessed with car games, I still have a car app from July. Anyways, the food is super good, the Waiters are always super nice and patient even recommending some tasty meals when we aren't sure what to order. I love how it looks I've sat at almost every table in this restaurant, it definitely feels like an Italian restaurant from as far as I know what a real one looks like. I love the calm lighting I kind of hate the booths, but I hate all booth seatings. The best part of all is when they give you the mint chocolate snack one you leave, it tastes SOO good but they forgot to give it to us last time. :( It's okay, we didn't ask, that's probably why. Anyways, I love this place so much and it is an awesome place for dates with colleagues, family friends, a random stranger, etc. K 100% recommend this place, ask for the mint chocolate thing though I think it's free, not sure though.

This Eatontown Olive Garden location - which we went by chance as we were in the area - is significantly better and the salads are much much fresher and better tasting. There is no odor, the servers seem happier and the food is definitely better prepared. We will be preferring this location from now on despite the extra 10 minutes of drive time to get here from now on. We tried the mushroom ravioli, eggplant parmesan, regular spaghetti and the fettuccini pasta. They were all good. For dessert, we tried the brownie lasagna and cannot recommend it at all.. We also tried there creamy mushroom sauce for the build, your own pasta and the five cheese marinara, both of which we found to be way too mild in flavor. Also be careful for every additional vegetable topping to your pasta - They charge on average of $3 and the quantity they put in is a very little just about a spoon full. We've traditionally gone to the East Brunswick Olive Garden location when my kids (who are crazy for OG) want to go. We on the other hand, despise the East Brunswick OG location because it downright stinks! The salad is also stale and lacks that signature OG 'crunch'. It just feels soiled and droopy. It is quite curdling to eat here with the stench in the dining ambience - no matter what time of the day and where you're seated.

My family absolutely LOVES Olive Garden. Up front details: this rating is from Valentine’s Day. Took the family to Olive Garden. Used call ahead service which strongly helped the line situation that developed shortly after we got there. I believe that even though it is a holiday, management should ensure appropriate staffing to accommodate the projected increase. This was not done. It took 45 minutes from ordering to get our first dishes. Although I love the pasta and went for the never ending dishes, I was unable to enjoy more than one serving due to the time it took to get the original dishes and any additional meals. I ordered seconds and it took 25 minutes. Took it to go. Regardless. I do not blame the servers or kitchen. I imagine the management should have ensured success by giving the staff resources. Will go again. Food is always AWESOME!

I bought my daughter to Olive Garden bc she loves when her big sister takes her. I do not care for eating out I cook. So we arrive and first I am upset bc I feel like we were placed all the way in the back like two slaves. Then the disappointment to find out that they only give a military discount for veteran’s day so that serves me and my daughter no good as to we only eat out once and a blue moon. I gave the waitress in the end like $30 tip on top of a $50 bill.. I mean I guess that is nice that they do that on Veterans Day but since I don’t really dine out maybe they should send veterans a coupon to use that maybe is good for a year or something that way as many veterans are included. I feel as establishments as much as they peer pressure you for tips should really go above and beyond to a degree! My waitress however was exceptional and if it wasn’t for her. I would not have spent a dollar! Good service sometimes saves a customer .. I believe Karen should get a raise Great people skills.. caring. Considerate.. smile good spirit. Just great service I give her 100 stars it’s refreshing to be in the presence of someone that has great work ethics’s! If I had more I would have given her no lie $100 tip! Maybe next time I can bless her the way she blessed me and my daughter to show my daughter how one works under pressure and still accommodates her guest. I can go on and on about her service! She wasn’t lounging around like some staff Everytime I seen her she had a smile on her face and the pad and pen in the other and the food was great and fast! Definitely better than Applebee’s bland cold food. I also get no coupons or specials from here and I swore I was on the list or maybe they don’t do many discounts or promotions than...

We come to this restaurant a few times a month and always have such great things to say. The staff is always so great and pleasant. We always order the same things. This time it was awful. Our waitress was pleasant at first but got very rude towards the end of our time. Which is funny because we are the ones who had the right to change our attitude, but we've been servers so we understand it's hard, thankless job. We got our drinks and original food out, after that anytime we had to ask the waitress for something the tone changed. We asked for refills on all our beverages and soups and bread. We got our soups eventually and our bread but we never saw her again. We sat for about 45 min waiting for her to even come near us and she always turned her back and abruptly walk away. We never got our drinks so we didn't finish our meal. We waited another thirty minutes to finally get boxes. Yet no pleasantries. No sorry we are really slammed tonight I appreciate you waiting. Saying anything would have made it fine. We get it. Totally understand . The night ended with this server just chucking a to go container at us. No have a good night. No thank you for coming. No andes chocolates which made my kids sad but that's a luxury so nothing I would complain about. Either way she was awful. For being such regulars we choose this place for our special moments. This was chosen for my sons graduation dinner and it really was very sour mood over the special dinner.

Very...
