Guac N' Roll — Restaurant in Eau Claire

I went for lunch for my first time! The staff were very nice and answered all of my questions. Positives: The restaurant itself is clean and has a modern vibe to it. There's spanish music in the background that's pleasant. The chairs are comfortable and I like the option between a low table, bar, high top, or booth. The location also can't be beat! I got a chicken burrito bowl and it was delicious! It also came out to me very quickly after I ordered. You get a large portion for a very good price!

Suggestions for improvement: To have a medium salsa option for those of us who think mild is boring and hot is painful. Move the silverware to a less tucked away spot. It seems like it'll get crowded in the narrow hall back by the soda machine. Salt and pepper shakers on...

We ordered pickup but the inside seemed great with great atmosphere. The burrito and tacos are amazing. I got the burrito al pastor, best burrito I’ve had. So far my favorite salsa is the medium, so good! I am most impressed with their service. We got home and they didn’t put our order of queso in the bag. My wife called and the person that answered said she would check with her manager and call back. They called back promptly and offered to drive the queso to our house! When they got to our home they also included a plate of tacos. They went above and beyond in my opinion and we will absolutely make this family owned restaurant apart of our regular schedule. So I've been following Quac and Rolls food truck for.... a long time. 5 years? 10? Either way, it turns out what they can do with a full kitchen is amazing. Unique Mexican. Like we all know there's 3 or 4 restaurants in the area with the same recipes and the same ingredients. Not so here. Polite service. Super clean and still welcoming atmosphere.
