If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I placed a delivery order for 3 subs. They didn't include one of the subs. Once the order was delivered, I realized the sub was missing. I tried calling for over 10 minutes and got hung up on 3 times before finally getting through to Carly(the previous time I got through, I heard an employee say "Just hang up on him") I explained the situation to her and her response was that they could refund my money or I can come pick it up. Keep in mind I paid for the delivery fee and tip. I placed the order through the JM app and was told they couldn't redeliver it because it was a 3rd party company. I received no apology and no refund. I asked for the General manager to call me back. It's highly unlikely I would ever eat here again and I will certainly let all of my friends, family and coworkers to avoid this place...

Not even a bit of acknowledgement from store employees after I'd been standing there for over twenty minutes. They saw me as I was standing at the counter but turned away from me each time they came by to put orders on the online pickup.
Seriously, get it together. You've been open long enough to have the kinks worked out. Not sure how you're going to be able to handle a second store.
