McDonald's — Restaurant in Eau Claire

Updating my review.

McDonald's reached out and asked that I go to the link provided to let them know what had happened.

I followed the link, made my report and was contacted via telephone by the manager of this store.

She told me that the manager I had previously spoken to didn't even write my information in the book. They asked for my name and address, listened to me provide this information and couldn't even be bothered to write it down.

I did finally receive a letter in the mail and four coupons for any combo, morning, day or night.

While that was nice enough of them, the letter I received had an extremely upsetting apology letter. The letter states how sorry they are that my expectations were not met.

Nobody's sorry that my burger (the patty itself) was in PIECES, they're sorry that I expected it to be in one piece.

Nobody's sorry about the ketchup that was all over the inside and outside of the wrapper and nobody's sorry that my shirt is stained.

They're sorry that I expected it to be neatly assembled and not falling apart.

I expected what I paid for. I gave these people my hard earned money and they're sorry that I expected it to somewhat resemble the photos they advertised.

So yeah, I'm still quite upset. I won't even go into how the 4 replacement meals turned out, as clearly MY EXPECTATIONS are too high.

So my original review stands. Find another McDonald's. Really.

I'm seriously DISGUSTED in this store. DONT even waste your time. Keep driving, there's another McDonald's on Hastings Way that meets...

Everytime we stop at this location they always screw up our order. Last weekend my husband ordered a triple cheeseburger with bacon and they put it in as a quarter pounder with bacon and when I went back up and told them about their mistakes they gave me a refund for the quarter pounder with bacon and charged me for the triple cheeseburger with bacon. I asked them why I had to pay again for their mistakes and not mine. And he said well if you want your food you have to pay for it we don't just give it out for free. Tonight we stopped their after shopping and I ordered everything through the drive threw and they tried to tell me I didn't order 4 drinks when I know I did. After we got home and opened the bags they forgot a 6 piece nugget and when I tried to call they kept hanging up on me. I will NEVER got back!! The play area is not cleaned like it should be just yesterday while my daughter was their with her older siblings she stepped in ketchup, the told me their was globs of it all over the floor, none of the tables in the play area...

Came there with my two children and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. They screwed up my order three times and then before they could fix my order for the 3rd time (after waiting 45 minutes) they ran out of burgers. When I asked to change the cheeseburger to chicken nuggets I was charged full price and still charged for the two burgers I never received. The manager was incredibly rude and literally yelled at me and at least a dozen other customers. I also ordered shakes to give my kids something to fill up on as they had again forgot to give me my chicken nuggets and had to wait 20 minutes and remind them once again to fill my order. When I reminded them the manager completely ignored me and then eventually told an employee to make them. I have never been treated with such disrespect at any establishment, especially from management. I will never enter or spend money at this McDonald's location ever again and will make sure everyone I know...
