Omg!!! absolutely adorable shop the woman behind the counter so kind and informative without being overwhelming. Helped me order a large edition of deathnote for my stepson and myself so cheap I was floored! The have game nights playing DND and Warhammer which if I lived closer I would love joining. We stopped at The Shire Bookstore on our way from TN to Paducah. It was #91 in our quest to visit independent bookstores across the US. The Shire is located in what would be described as a nondescript strip mall. Don't judge a book by the cover. Anna Tobey was interested, interesting, and involved. She holds fun activities, like a birthday party for Harry Potter. Like new, well priced used books and new ones too. If you live nearby or are passing through, I highly recommend visiting this delightful, small town bookstore....
