I work down the street and the coffee there is awful. So, I went on a hunt for some good brew during my lunch break. I got a little lost because I was looking for a standalone coffee shop, but they're situated inside a building with a ton of other businesses. The space is beautiful with the café off to the right of the grand staircase.

I needed a sugar fix so I got their seasonal Lychee Blossom Latté with half the amount of syrup. It was exactly what I needed! I was really excited to try this FRGMNT location. The coffee was good but the service was incredibly rude. I asked what syrups they had and the barista abruptly told me they are listed and to look at the menu… as if I was an inconvenience to her. I waited by the counter for my coffee and they called everyone else’s name except for mine. I asked the barista if the one on the counter was mine and she didn’t look up and said “mhm.” My friend though the interaction was extremely confusing and rude as well, b/c she was treated differently by the same person.
