This place extremely poor in service and very rude and unprofessional staff running this subway. This morning I went with the paper coupon I received. To my surprise I found that they have stopped taking those anymore. Don’t know why!! And they posted this notice on the checkout counter and fountain drink which is invisible to you when you enter in the restaurant. You can read it when you have already ordered your sandwich. Well that’s not it. When I found it surprisingly that they don’t take coupons I asked the person on the counter what is the price without coupon. And he rudely mentioned “it’s on the display board and I guess you can read it” Seriously!! Well that’s not it either! I found the price a dollar more than the coupon and I said I will pay by card and asked him to go ahead. Again to my surprise he told the price on the board is not valid since his system is not taking it! This way out of boundaries of customer service. I mentioned that he himself told me to look at the price on board and now you are not honoring your own words. Then he aggressively went to the board, ripped it off the wall. Then a lady helped him to reduce the price as per mentioned. I asked him whatever the price you have just take it and let me get out of this traumatized experience.
This is not the first time. The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. So if the area manager or the Subway management cares about their customers, do something to elevate this...

I mean okay I went in today for lunch break and wanted a roast beef footlong, he started putting it together and the roast beef literally has green spots all over it. I'm thinking this has to be a joke there's no way he doesn't see that (obviously just didn't care but for $9 a sandwich I care) so I asked him if I could do chicken instead (he only had the meat and cheese on there) and then bam it was like setting off a bomb and I literally watched him throw my sandwich together. Then when I kept asking for more because she was not understanding what I wanted she got progress More upset and mad and started slamming my food around. She then proceeded to swear at me in Spanish which news flash (people are bilingual). After this I used a coupon and told her I was cross it off because I didn’t want the back of my coupon page ripped and she ignored me and ripped multiple coupons.
