I came through for lunch with my daughter today and the drive thru was down a super nice woman greeted us explained there was issues with the drive thru and said she’d be more than happy to help us inside. We ended up pulling around and coming in where she greeted us while holding the door with cups and a coupon in hand to apologize to us for the inconvenience. She placed our order at the kiosk and was very friendly and attentive. She even went the extra mile to interact with my daughter and make sure she was happy. All while the lobby was packed wall to wall full of guests but yet she alone managed to still make sure to not only interact and help with me and my daughter but also everyone in the lobby. This woman was absolutely outstanding and was going the extra mile! Her name is Elizabeth I ended up asking after seeing what amazing service she was giving to literally everyone. She did all the customer service and some how even though we all was a bit uneasy waiting so long she found a way to make sure we all left with a smile on our faces. But unfortunately what upset me was not only was there no manager in sight to help take care of upset guest but when I did see the manager (tall and dirty blonde?) she was hollering at elizabeth who obviously already had her hands full that she needs to be running out to drive thru. I understand that management has a lot to do but out of the 30 minutes or so that I was at this establishment the manager never came out to lobby to talk with any guest or help elizabeth in anyway. I loved my visit at the store even though the drive thru was down because of elizabeth and that my food was honestly really good. But the pis* poor excuse for management that I seen really bothered me. In my opinion it was completely unacceptable and distasteful. If it wasn’t for that I’d give 5 stars all around. Come on Taco Bell get...
Read moreBeen coming here since they opened. The staff is always phenomenal and super friendly whether I was driving for doordash or placing an order. The people working the drive-thru give some of the best customer service I've ever had in Edgewater! As someone who has always loved Taco Bell, usually the food is pretty good, but I have noticed on certain items it feels like this location skimps on meat and cheese. I get that the store is pretty new, so it's possible the staff is being told to control their portions/food waste. But it sucks to bite into a quesadilla and find out that an entire slice is JUST tortilla. Maybe I've been spoiled for too long with the NSB location jam-packing their tacos/quesadillas with all the good stuff. Taco Bell has been one of the last few fast food locations to not buy into shrink-flation, (aka charging more for less), PLEASE...
Read moreThis location needs extra help on Tuesday nights. Especially on the dine-in and delivery side. I was in the restaurant because I don't like drive-through, but the lobby was packed with delivery drivers from Uber. We could see the orders going out the drive-through window at a decent pace. But the orders on the restaurant side averaged one every 15 min. Some divers got one order and had to stand there and wait for someone else's food for another 15 minutes while the first order got cold. I ordered at the self-check and waited for 1 hour for 4 items. When I got home, I checked the bag and discovered I had an extra chicken burrito. I wonder who didn't get their chicken burrito. Good luck. We are overjoyed to have a Taco Bell in Edgewater. You guys mostly need all hands on deck when it comes to...
