Burger King — Restaurant in Edina

Horrible Customer service experience! If I could give 0 stars I would! Had a coupon for a whopper meal and a second coupon for 10 nuggets w/large fry combo. No limit was listed on either coupon. Our cashier was great and did her job. Attempted to order 3 combos of the nuggets/fries and 1 whopper meal. Frank her supervisor was called over for approval. Before he even arrived he was in a huff. Clearly agitated he waved the coupons I presented in my face and said he had to have duplicates of the coupons cuz they literally tape them to the receipt and have to present them at the end of the day. I questioned as the coupon didn't have a limit listed on it, and his retort was he was doing us a favor by "allowing me" to use more than one coupon in a single transaction. Frank said if I was reading the coupon they aren't to be used together. I replied multiple transactions weren't a problem. The issue of no limit listed was the discrepancy as he wasn't allowing me to get 3 nugget/fry combos. Frustrated my spouse and I almost walked out. Only reason we didn't was because of our 2 kids ages 3 and 2 who needed lunch. Another customer videotaped the entire ordeal and is submitting it to the manager. (The other customer had their credit card thrown at them by Frank just prior to our order, fyi). No decent human person should be treated like our family was, especially in front of 2 innocent children. I'm an adult. I acted like an adult. I asked questions, made inquiries and tried to understand what the issue was. I don't work at BK, I said I would do multiple transactions. I don't need people to get all up in my face because they had a bad day and their coupons don't list a limit. I work in Customer Service and this was the lowest possible level of service I've ever seen. AVOID THIS...

I can’t believe I am giving Burger King a 5 star rating. When going to a fast food restaurant, I am not looking for complete satisfaction. Heck I just expect some disrespect with the food and service. But this Burger King in Edina is different.

I have done the drive through many times at this location but never dined inside. Whoa! It’s very clean and modern. It’s nicer than many sit down restaurants. I was very surprised.

The staff is quick and professional. Dare I say respectful? Absolutely yes.

As for the food. Ordered a couple whopper jrs and chicken sandwiches. I was surprised that the chicken sandwiches were “juicy”. I didn’t even know they were even supposed to be juicy. I rarely get the chicken sandwiches because I always thought they were, meh! But this must be the way Burger King meant them to be.

My whopper jr didn’t look like it was stepped on and put together by someone who was possessed by the devil. My whopper jr actually looked like a burger made with care.

Is this the best food? No. But for the money, value, and intent… it’s spot on for value and taste. I was fully satisfied!!!

Good job Burger King of Edina. I truly ate like a King 👑 for just $20...

Was impressed by the size and cleanliness, as well as the modern drink fountain. But the associate at the register almost walked away as I walked up even though I was verbally greeted by someone standing right next to him. I ordered only a pop, and when I went to fill my cup from the coke freestyle machine, they most of the options were grayed out and unavailable, including all their diet options. I asked an employee who seemed unconcerned, and he said they had them at the drive through dispenser. No explanation given. When he asked which one I wanted I said diet coke or diet Dr pepper, and he asked which one I wanted. I said diet Dr pepper, and he went to fill my cup. Good thing I watched him... he tried to give me regular DP. Then said they didn't have diet! Well why did you ask... anyway I asked for diet coke and he gave it to me but didn't fill the cup all the way. I was in a hurry so I didn't argue. Frustrating. The employees there seemed even more dronelike and soulsucked than most fast food...
