Subway — Restaurant in Edina

Went into the store during my lunch break today, ordered a turkey sandwich to go, checked out & went back to work. Open my food to find out I was given another person in line’s order, which was a meatball onion sandwich. Woulda just eaten it if it were anything else. called 4 times without answer & finally got a hold of someone but he could barely understand the issue (in English) and thought i was trying to order a catering order. Finally got it communicated and was then told they couldn’t refund my sandwich, and to come back to the store to fix it.. but I can’t because my lunch break is over. Had to order delivery from somewhere else and now my lunch total is up to $30! Yayyy!! 👎🏼 Please learn to keep track of the orders while people are in line, this shouldn’t...

a Subway so if you don't know what they have you must live under a rock. I pretty much stick to 2 sandwiches.

I either get a foot long roasted chicken on Italian with pepper jack cheese, onion, green peppers, jalapenos, sweet onion sauce and LOTS of salt and pepper. Or, I get the Italian on wheat with the same toppings except I get oil and vinegar instead of the sweet onion sauce.

This location has great service. When they are busy they have an entire second sandwich artistry set up...that right, 2 lines.

Most of the employees speak Spanish, but guess what? They speak English too, so no need to shout your order at them like your talking to your deaf...

The Mexican(not that it matters just stating the facts. Im also Mexican.) male working 3/3 at 9 PM is completely unhinged. We ordered in the app and sat outside. He was throwing ingredients in the sandwich violently. He was also throwing spoons and even waving around a knife very aggressively. Such an odd thing to do. Not sure why he is so angry. If you can't handle working at a fast food place there's other places that have jobs. Do not go here unless you want to see what a madhouse looks like.
