This McDonalds in particular has awful service! I have gone many times and have learned to ask for my receipt incase I need to prove what I paid for. They don't offer the receipt otherwise. They always short me food or get it wrong. Then they blame me. Well today was the last straw. I went through to get 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins because they are 2 for $4. The told me my total, I paid, asked for my receipt, got my food and started to drive forward until I noticed I only had 1 sandwich. So I reversed because there wasn't anyone behind me. I explained that I had ordered 2. The manager said I only paid for 1. I said there must have been a mistake because I asked for 2 and was told the price for 2 but must have only gotten charged for 1. I offered my credit card for it to be adjusted so I am paying for 2. The manager was all upset and rolling her eyes at me. She took my card, grabbed another sandwich and came back a minute later. I then asked for my receipts. She threw them at me, so I started to drive off again. Something told me to look at them. So I pulled over and looked at them. She charged me for another sandwich instead of the deal. I had a young one sleeping in the car so I couldn't get out and go in so I swung back through the drive thru. I then asked her why she incorrectly charged me for 2 sandwiches. She got upset telling me it was my fault, I should have verified my order and now I'm stealing from the owner of McDonalds. I told her I only wanted to pay for what I was given, should have been $4 plus tax, instead I was severely overcharged. She then threw money at me. I asked what her name was and she said she didn't have a name, slammed the window and walked away. Do not go here! They are rude, never get your food right, will overcharge you, because we all know McDonald needs to steal your hard earned money right? Read moreI used to go to this location because I live right by Target. Most times they forgot sides, drinks, amongst other issues, but it didn't bother me cause I always go back to solve it. The staff is very lethargic and usually friendly but never give you your receipt. There could be a reason as to why, but my guess is because they constantly have a line backed up misgiving orders and proceed to ask for, "said" receipt when something goes afoot. Eg. I once paid for someone's else's food by them mixing debit cards and they ask, "Wheres your receipt...?" Then, one day in the drive thru I order a frappe and try to order more when she cuts me off and gives me my total. I tell her I still need to order when she blurts out, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" as to indicate her frustration and lack of patience. I told her to forget it and drove off. I haven't been back to this location since. Understand, I don't need a yessir or overly friendly customer service. I'm very simple and it usually takes ALOT of the same ignorance to lose my disposition in a service or with anyone for that matter. So I went to the drive through 5 minutes before lunch started. The person refused to take my lunch order. I pushed, I even made a joke saying if I spoke to her for five minutes then it would be lunch time. "NO!" was the response I got. I asked are you really refusing me service because of five minutes? Silence. So I parked and went into the lobby and spoke to the manager, she supported her employees decision and did not apologize, and claimed she could not switch over because they were not ready.
