I am a loyal customer and have been for just about 7 months. Today,I had a rather strange situation with David LOL! I have been to several different coffee shops in my experience most of them are great such as 7 brew! Actually exceptional. Well today was so strange to say the least. I recently had some dental work done and for those of us that know. A lot of ice in your drink may cause serious pain particularly in the area the dental work was performed. I politely asked David to please make it light ice as I usually do. His response was ( IM GOING TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA ) I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh! Oh he wasn’t joking! He said there would be a major gap in my drink which I am well aware of! Yes, he said if he gives me lite ice I would be charged more mind you I am fully aware that the contents are specifically portioned controlled and I wasn’t asking for anything extra at all and let him know that. I said well you know just cancel my order as a principal of matter. I asked for a supervisor number. He said I am. I said what about area manager he says I am! lol, I believe it now because this company doesn’t have a common number for inquiries or comments where they actually answer you. Don’t get me wrong this is a new company and they have great products. I believe they were just probably in a rush to fill the manager spot and David was available. David is a great guy from what I can tell it’s just that this poor young man needs proper training. I don’t think he was trying to offend anyone or insult me but it was very apparent he doesn’t really understand how to run a business. Someone needs to get a seasoned experienced professional in there to take the bull by the horns and teach these kids what to do. I feel so bad for them. Nevertheless the drinks are...

I ordered a Sunset BLACK TEA add coconut milk with sugar fee coconut and I asked for Fizz. As I was driving away I realized something is not right with this drink. It literally taste like water syrup. I compared it to inspo pic on the official 7 brew instagram page and the drink is significantly lighter. My immediate thought is they didn’t put the black tea. I pull back in to the side of the service lines and let the employee know I just purchased a drink and believe they made it wrong. The employee comes over and I explain my order and say I think they forgot the black tea. He says hold on, steps away comes back gets the order. We are left waiting then another employee brings me my drink and says “Next time we need you to get back in line” my mind is blown!! My response was “I’m not going to get back in line for an order you all got wrong”. Employee says “I understand but it’s for the flow” at this point I just roll up the window and drive away. Not only is it implied that there will be a next time they get the order wrong, they got my remake wrong. This time the fizz is missing. It’s not too much to ask for the things that we as customers pay for to be included in the drink we purchase. They also got my order wrong and made me wait for a remake instead of out of courtesy prioritizing an order they messed up on by leaving out an ingredient that is in the name itself!!
