Insomnia Cookies — Restaurant in Edinburg

Beware! If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday, to be delivered on Saturday. When it didn’t show up on time, I gave them a call. According to Lydia, it was running late because of an oven issue. I asked why I did not get a call letting me know. She stated that she had the wrong number. However, she had two numbers listed and both were correct when I confirmed them to her. The cake showed up three hours late. When it was delivered they didn’t even ring the door bell. They left it on the ground in front of the door, even though I set it up for a hand delivery. Needless to say it was all full of ants. When I called to let Lydia know of the situation, she basically said it was not her problem because uber eats delivered it. I informed her that I was never told it was being delivered by uber eats. They should explain that upon ordering. My son waited around for hours on his birthday for something that was suppose to be a special surprise. Thank you Lydia for ruining my son’s birthday and then not compensating us for the mishap. Also, I never received a call from the district manager as requested. This place is bad news. Avoid at all costs!
