Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Edinburg

Thursday February 13,2020. I visited The schlotzsky's in Edinburg, TX for their Grand opening..it was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is beautiful inside and out! The food is exceptional and the prices are more than reasonable..My 6 year old daughter and I ate for about $16.00 Whoa! No joke it was alot of food! Their Cinnabon are very delicious...Let me mention that management and the entire staff were more than polite and accommodating. Diane and Bob ( upper management) orchestrated the entire process ever so well...above and Beyond all, I want to thank Kyle Decker he stood out like a shining Diamond! If you were to see this young man you could easily tell he is super charged with a passion for schlotzsky's! Everything he did, it seemed without effort ...he is truly dedicated and has a love for this company. I desire indeed that I would have someone like him on my team but by the looks and sounds of our conversation he is committed to schlotzsky's...Kyle ,God bless you and really you deserve your own franchise! odd to say but Schlotzsky’s is definitely not in favor of trying to help their customers save a little money on their meals which is quite redundant considering they offer their app to earn rewards (which you won’t ever be able to use) to save money on your food! I visit Schlotzsky’s regularly & with each visit I have tried to use an app reward & with each visit I have been told their system is down. Tonight I ordered 2 medium combos & a small cinnamon roll; totaling around $38 & I was hoping to use my 15% off coupon & was further greeted at the window by their employee Crystal whom just puckered her lips, looked at her register screen & said “mmmm our system is down” - didn’t even try to manually Input the code nor scan it just simply...

i had a amazing experience today, i hadn’t been feeling to well recently and just wanted somthing to eat to make myself feel better. Kendra helped me out and she was amazing, i asked her so many questions about the menu which she happily helped out and gave out reccs. I had a really bad stomach bug and she helped me pick something that would help out and told me to feel better soon and after a little of getting my food even thought she was on break asked me how i was doing and if eveything was feeling okay with food. Honestly haven’t been treated like that before and i made me feel really nice. It’s good to have a place that makes you feel welcomed! I had a pick two with a soup and sandwich!!
