I've been here before and it was a decent experience but today the servers were extremely rude and unprofessional. I stood by where you order and pay and was completely ignored and not attended to for over 5 minutes until I was about to turn around and leave. There were two female servers there the entire time and they noticed me but decided to completely ignore, one chatting away with a friend, while the other wiped down counters and cabinets. I should've said something, however, I had assumed they would quickly attend to me as they had noticed me. However, I was sadly wrong and wasted my time waiting for 2 servers who were not properly doing their job. I was there in coco fresh tea inside the 99 ranch supermarket jersey city on 01/24/22 at around 12:15pm. There were no attendees at all and when they finally appeared, I was not asked at all if I needed to order. Both young ladies were on their mobile devices and were both just hiding at the back not wanting to work. When I decided not to order and let another costumer order, one of the young lady was confrontation and I just left. To my surprise I was filled and confronted with he same young lady cursing at me. They've got a very strong menu. The servers are timely, the drinks are good, and I've yet to encounter any problems with them.
