the service at this location was absolutely horrendous. i would give this location 0 stars if i could.
to begin with, the dunkin app switched the location of my order. i had originally selected this location, but the app switched the location. i am a high school student so i cannot go to other locations.
i went to this location (the ORIGINAL LOCATION) as my bank account was charged and my special offers were used, hoping that the staff would be understanding. yet, when i explained this to the employees, they were extremely rude and dismissive. they told me, “i can’t do anything” and proceeded to walk away.

We ordered one large coffee to share because we need a little something, not a lot and all I asked for was one cup and a few napkins because they did not give any napkins. I also asked to use the restroom as we were traveling. I was refused to use the bathroom and I understand, that is fine, BUT they refused to give us a extra cup and napkins. My issue is not that they didn't give it to me, it's that they asked every employee to come to the front and caused a scene. There were a group of employees together now vs. 1 PERSON while others waited as if I did something wrong.
