I've eaten here three times so far. I really really want to like it because it's close to work and convenient. The first time I ordered, the rice in the fat cup was very hard and dry as if it had been sitting overnight. The second time I ordered was redeeming. The chicken katsu was very good and the rice was cooked well. I really enjoyed the sauce on the katsu. Today, I stopped to try the bubble tea. I love bubble tea, so I was excited to have a local place offering it. I got the fresh tea with mango and tapioca bubbles. The tea is very, very sweet, but has good flavor. The problem came with the tapioca bubbles. They were stuck together and very hard as if they weren't fully cooked. I was originally going to leave this out of my review and give it another shot on another day, however, when I called to let them know that they should check the batch because what I received was pretty awful, I was told that I was wrong. The gentleman on the phone (who answered the phone "hello" and I had to ask if I called the right place) said that they cooked it this morning and it is good. I was doing them a favor to let them know that it was not good as to check it before others had a similar experience, and I got a very unprofessional response. I haven't decided if I'm going to give them...

BE CAREFUL WITH FAKE ADVERTISEMENT! The photos on the wall of this place are very far from reality. The tables were dirty, sticky and very smelly. The ramen is very poor in ingredients for its price (crab imitation, some carrot, tiny piece of pork, very few scallions, and an over cooked egg that had no flavor since it tasted like rubber) the texture of the noodles was very sticky and uncomfortable to eat and their flavor was exactly as if you are eating a $2 dollar cup of ramen (Maru Chan) the broth was really good (tonkotsu) though. There is not variety, and there is no way to get ramen with udon since is only served with vegetables and is not an option for ramen dishes. Also, the dumplings (the steamed ones) were super tiny for their price. Over $5 for 5 super tiny pieces of dumpling that were served cold made no sense. My husband and I will...

Worst service ever. Order via uber eat. My wife and I wanted to have the soup and some dumplings because we were both feeling sick. The uber delivery arrive and half of our order are missing called the store and asked what happen to the rest of our order. Due to the incompetence of their employees they forgot to give the rest of our order the the uber driver and the only thing they can say is we're close call uber eats what kind a business is that . First they are the one who made the mistake and Now we have to fixed the problem never again order from this place. The food didn't even taste that good. If you guys want ramen I recommend Rai Rai ramen or Shokudo Ramen In Piscataway. Not...

I came here during lunch to pick up before I headed back to my job. Takoyaki: The takoyaki here has improved and the inside has more squid pieces. The fat cup: It is still delicious and really filling when you eat it. The Staff: They are friendly here and very patient when taking the orders. Green Apple Tea: This is a little too sweet and they could add a little more ice to eat to dilute it a little. Spam Musubi: This was good except the rice falls apart when you try to take a bite out of it.

Well I thought I just walked into a Manhattan restaurant, smelled great, place is clean and the servers was super helpful and knowledge. Now the food... Amazing clean fresh and flavorful we ordered a la cart, but just for fun got California bowl and the Sake bowl, it seems the bowl combinations and soups are so goooood. Please don't come here I want to keep this place to myself. Edo's is super highly recommend by me and all the wonderful people who ate with me. You won't be sorry.
