I am beyond frustrated with the service I received at one of your locations. I placed an order through the in-store iPad for two Dunkin’ Boxes, which each come with a sandwich, a drink, and hash browns. However, when I went to pick up my order, the employee at the counter refused to give me what I actually paid for. Instead, she insisted that I had only ordered one sandwich and one drink—despite not even bothering to check my receipt.
After arguing with me about my own order, she eventually handed me a second drink—completely contradicting what she had just claimed. Yet, I was still missing an entire sandwich. When I pointed this out and asked her to make the sandwich I had already paid for, she flat-out refused. My order literally said “Dunkin’ Box” on the bag, so there was no excuse for this mistake.
At that point, I was so frustrated that I just bought another sandwich separately. But even then, the incompetence continued—I specifically asked for it on a croissant, and instead, I got a bagel. So not only did I have to pay extra for a sandwich I should have already received, but they couldn’t even get that right.
This level of carelessness and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. I expect Dunkin’ employees to do their jobs correctly, and this experience was beyond disappointing. I want an explanation for why my order was mishandled so badly and what will be done to make this right.
