This is the single worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. I ordered two iced coffees and two sausage B n Toastys at the drive thru. When I got to the window, they only gave me my coffees so I had to reorder the sandwiches at the window. I had to ask for straws and they neglected to give me my receipt. When I asked for it, the employee huffed at me and said "it's in the garbage." To which I had to again ask for her to print a new one because apparently that idea never popped into her head.
When I received my sandwiches, they were made with bacon and were completely missing cheese. Cheese is a vital component of not only the Big N Toasty but literally all Dunkin sandwiches. I understand forgetting the meat that I ordered because I know these sandwiches are normally made with bacon, but come on. So I had to march back into the store and have them correct it.
I am a seasoned Dunkin employee at a different store and I nearly jumped over the counter and made my sandwiches myself after watching the sandwich boy flounder and struggle to operate the ovens. Did they just find this kid on the street? Has he actually been trained to work at a Dunkin? Probably not. As I waited for this boy to finish ruining everything, I turned my attention to two other customers in line who were also complaining about their incorrectly-made coolattas. One of them told me that they often have issues with this store.
When I received my sandwiches, I asked for a refund because this whole experience was dreadful. The manager told me she couldn't do that because she offered to remake my sandwiches. I then asked for the contact information for her district manager. I guess this scared her, because she then took my receipt, refunded my money and asked if I wanted free donuts. She never gave me my receipt back though, which was a smart move on her part because now I can't complete the customer satisfaction survey and tell this story there so the district manager...
Read moreToday I ask for two items and again they had it wrong. Upon arriving to window, they gave me a L iced coffee and the sandwich. I didn't asked for ice coffee and they charged me $3.19 extra on top of what I got charged which is the normal price. An employee by the name of Anu or Anuh took my card and stated she gave me a refund. I go ahead and check my bank transactions and I see a negative transaction. I told her she withdrew extra not refunded. She kept telling me she did refunded with such assurance. I told her, firmly, if I call my bank and they tell me you withdrew more than what authorized, I will be back. I sat on parking lot and decided to call my bank, got rep on phone and explained what happened. Long story short, rep told me that they in fact withdrew not refunded. I go in and ask to speak with manager and I try to explain to him the situation. He seemed to not know what to do or say but I told him your employee Anu did not gave me a refund, she withdrew more money without my authorization. She did not gave me my money back and I have my bank on the phone to confirm it. He heard that I was telling him the truth. I am fed up of this employee saying she give refunds when she doesn't. This has not been the first time and I was not going to let this one pass. Manager needs to train these employees correctly. Anu needs to get away from drive thru because she doesn't listen and puts in any order. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional!! Guys, check your receipt and bank transactions when giving refund because more likely than not, you got punked out for more money that adds up when it's not the first time....
Read moreIf I can give this place a negative 5 stars I would. There's one employee that 90 percent of the times I go there he's there that seems like he hates his life. Very rude and unprofessional when he takes your order. He practically shoves the coffee into your hand our food you just ordered and makes no eye contact. It feels like he's bothered by the presence of every customer instead of customers feel welcomed. When he takes your order over the telecom he doesn't repeat the order, doesn't state the price and does not care to listen if your done or you have more to order. I understand customer service is rough on people at times but you have make the customer feel welcomed in order to have repeated customers coming back to your place of business. I will never order anything from this place again due to the fact that he has already dropped my change of debit card on the ground a few times because he refuses to make eye contact when his hand is out the window returning your stuff.
