Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Edison

My service at this location is usually top tier a new employee by the name of Brianna works their and needs to be trained..As a regular customer i come to this location on behalf of my kids .I know what ice cream looks like she serves me an overly frozen icream cone for the price of 6 plus bucks and goes this is how it always looks to me ...so I rejected it.and said Ice cream is not serve like this unless something is wrong.im like girl icream is not a yellow color when you ask for vanilla unless it's French vanilla ...twice this occurred. so today I came there and the color is white I spoke up and explained to her that when it is properly made right this is how its should look and she was very rude and disrespectful to me with my child with me..I will speak to the owner about her disgraceful nasty behavior towards me and my child ..Just because you don't have the proper training and knowledge of how to serve ice-cream..dont be upset with the customer ...you apologize and accommodate your service..I am a resident in the area and shouldn't be service rudely when I am supporting the business. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE CUSTOMERS WHOSE PAYING FOR AN OVERLY FROZEN ICE CREAM EVERY TIME SHE IS ON THE SHIFT..BECAUSE SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO ORIGINALLY LOOK LIKE ..NOT ONLY THE LOOK IT DOES NOT TASTE THE SAME EITHER.SO I WASTED MY MONEY AND HAD TO THROW IT AWAY..PLEASE GET SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO OPERATE THE ICE CREAM MACHINE PROPERLY AND EXPLAIN TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT ITS OVERLY FROZEN AT THIS...

This is my first time ordering from this location and I spent $25 on two large Sundaes ordering on GrubHub and not only was my order late, but they gave 2 Small Sundaes instead of large Sundaes that I ordered and paid for. Also, they didn't even put a spoon in the bag. I order from the Woodbridge location all the time and my order has never been messed up, especially how do you give the wrong size? Luckily, GrubHub refunded me, but why should I even have to go through the chat system and all that to just get two simple Sundaes? With the prices that we pay for delivery, they need to learn how to get the orders correct and give a spoon when someone orders ice cream and napkins...
