their tire and battery department sucks. 1 star is too much . I hit my car in curb so i had to order new tire. i order it online with installation package. when i got email saying its ready i called them to schedule an appointment. i had to call three times to get an appointment. the person on call was talking as he was drunk. first two times i call and asked i need to schedule an appointment they put me on hold for half hour and after half hour call disconnected. i had to tell the person on call that if same thing happened again i will complaint to management. only after that they book my appointment. i went to their place for installation and i went directly to garage. i parked my car their and waited outside garage to find a person to talk. as i dint see anybody i step in a bit and asked if anybody was there. a person came and literally touch on my should as if he was trying to push me and rudely said member are not allowed here please go out. after that i went inside and reach to the tire and battery department. as soon as i reach there person sitting there started explaining that they have two cars already waiting. even though they did not had an appointment. i was like okay its only two cars. i asked him how long is it gonna take and he reacted like i asked him for his kidney!!! he told me its gonna take about an hour. after an hour i went there to ask progress and that ahole told me that they made a mistake and they should not give me an appointment as I have only one tire installment. appointment is only for set of 4 tire. and so thats why they took other customers car as he has 4 tire replacement. i asked him what to do if i have only tire. he said then its first come first serve . i got so mad . dint he f*ing knew that i only have one tire installation when i went to him initially . he should have told me straight. and not to mention all the time he was talking very rudely. also i saw him behaving rudely to an asian guy who were having little trouble with english. i never scene anybody behaving so rudely at sams club . but this tire and battery guys are just bunch of jerks. i will continue to go there for others things but never for tire...
Read moreWow, this happened one other time like maybe six months ago because someone called off but never this bad!! I legit had my wife swing by on her way home from work like she always does pretty much once a week for a pickup between 5:00 and 6:00, they had her waiting around until about 6:30 and they still couldn't find three items because they were "out of stock"... yeah the bananas were magically out of stock!!
But don't worry I got some reassurance, supposedly there's a new system they're implementing that corresponds with the app and pick up times, it's so totally new that they're blaming all of this on that!!! 🤦♂️
I legit placed the order before 1:00 p.m., this isn't my first rodeo like I said we pretty much do this weekly.. so now if this is the new Norm I might have to take my business elsewhere or possibly go to BJ's all together now!! Like I said this was initially for convenience because it was on my wife's way home from work but we do have alternatives if this is how it's going to be now moving forward.. by the way I'm doing this review at 6:36 p.m. on June 18th!!
UPDATE:: Fun fact, I just got my receipt at 6:40, but it's saying my wife magically picked it up at 5:32 p.m.!! So legit, whoever they got running the curbside pickup it's falsifying times and Pickups... check the image for the screenshot of the receipt in my email, still has the order number on it so whoever in management sees this review they can cross reference that, along with the phone calls and timestamps on all of the camera logs from when my wife made multiple trips in and out of the store trying to figure out what was going on with our order!!

Read more1st.... I love Sam Club, the items, the prices, the atmosphere, and the friendly service. Except I'm upset with the way this location handled everything. I got an email saying my online order was ready for pick up. Since it's the only location that had the item, I had to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Which I'm okay with.
The part that really upset me is that I chose an extra date for the pick up since I know it takes time to prep the order. I came in on time, drove far only to go home empty handled, and upset with customer service.
I'm new to this location, so I went to customer service to ask to pick it up. While waiting in line, I got a text message that the item has been canceled. Like what the heck... a day ago I got an email saying it was ready for pick up?
The customer service there checked the system. He said there were 2 in stocks. I went showed him I got an email a day before that the item was ready for pick up. They can not find it now, and I got text message on my phone that "Your order has been cancel".If you have the item and say it's ready. Then the customer goes to pick it up...no one can't find it; why was it even prep for pick up?
The customer service guy was friendly; he asked his co-worker about the return. The lady customer service was rude. I only ask if the item is canceled.
