I have never been disappointed with Braum's until this morning. I usually go to the Edmond on Broadway Braum's and have never had issues but I tried the one on Danforth this morning to pick up breakfast for my mother like I do at least twice a week. This time it was a disappointment because the biscuits and gravy first off must not have been mixed well because it was really heavy and pepper and there was absolutely not one piece of sausage in the gravy and my mother is a little older but she can usually cut the biscuits with the fork and this time it was so tough I had to put everything on a plate and used a knife but wound up with scissors cutting it into smaller pieces. It was so tough it seemed like it was possibly day old biscuits or more. Evidently it well enough in the trash and the sausage egg cheese biscuit was just as bad with the egg sticking half out one side and the cheese hanging out the opposite side of the biscuit and the biscuits were tough and the sausage looked like it had been way overcooked or possibly put up from the day before and reserved and since we have chefs in the family they thought the same. And overall disappointment at that particular store and I should have learned the first time when I picked up hamburgers and brought them to my mother's house and found them to be just as bad. I usually order just to meet and Bun and put the contents on at home but the bun was very soggy on the bottom and I mean really damp and the burger was almost like day old recooked. My wife was in the system manager many years ago at Braum's on 3rd and Broadway so we have been visiting that companies establishments for milk ice cream and sometimes burgers and sometimes breakfast but if this is what the company is becoming I think that maybe we should make a different choice. It's not that we choose to eat the fast food because this is maybe once or twice a week or every other week and we usually eat fresh fruit and oatmeal or another cereal for breakfast but if we're in a rush and use this type of breakfast as a treat so all I can say is disappointment after all the years we've been buying from Braum's. Either the help or the lack of help and whatever else could be the problem it should be fixed or there could be issues with customers not wanting to return. Other than that I hope everyone has a...
Read moreDanforth in Edmond? Edmond road and Santa Fe? What is going on there? After going to the location that had no cooks at Edmond road and Santa Fe. I drove out of my way and ordered 2 breakfast bagels 🥯 at Danforth. Simple enough? No response or greeting from the tenant "Jordan" at the window, maybe the manager?, just a total was replied, gave payment then immediately was told rudely to pull forward. While I waited for nearly 15 minutes, making me late for work at this point after driving across town, I pulled back around after noticing 5 others getting there food and coffee. As I pulled up and around on an empty drive thru to the window a second time, I saw him go into the office as I honked. Then he came back with my order and said demeaning "have a nice day". When arriving to work, I opened my bagel, I saw a piece of clear plastic on my sandwich? Not trusting the other sandwich from being contaminated with spit or whatever else, I literally did not eat either one. These people are making people sick without regard of health safety and looks to me to be PURPOSEFULLY. I literally wanted to force him to eat it himself, which I could have. But when going back and confronting him, he simply played like hmmm 🤔 no problem. It's not about the money I spent, I mean wasted. That hour of work I missed cost me more than you make all day. It's the principle of serving food that you would and could eat yourself! Maybe it was just not liking white men with long hair baldy boy! Get your cooks and staff straightened out in order to be able to serve safe edible food without contempt or racism towards others while trying to poison...
Read moreI go to Braum’s all the time, but usually a different location. Tonight, however, I was closer to the Danforth location on my way home, so I decided to go here instead. Big mistake! First off, they didn’t have all the ingredients for the sundae I ordered, which is fine and I asked if they could substitute caramel instead of the banana. The girl said that was fine. I get to the window to pay, and find out I’m getting charged for the caramel. Okay, fine, whatever. Not what we agreed to, but whatever. I get to the window to pick up my sundae, and Allysa (the manager) hands me the sundae. I looked at it before I drive away, and there is no caramel! So I wave her down and show her the mistake, she immediately gets an attitude and tries to take the sundae back to remake it, but I tell her, not necessary, just put the caramel in a side cup (no need to waste the original sundae). She still has an attitude and tries to basically reach into my car for the sundae, and I’m like no, put it on the side! She goes and gets me a side cup of caramel. It is literally a dime size amount of caramel. So not only is my sundae missing an ingredient, and I paid for the caramel, but now she gives me an embarrassing amount of said caramel, with a huge amount of attitude attached to it! I ended up giving them the sundae back and asking for a refund. Be warned, there is a reason this location doesn’t have a line like the other Braum’s...
