Absolutely lost all trust for food from this location now. They constantly hang up on people when they call (not just me according to others in the community), drop food at the wrong locations (even just left it on someone else's porch once according to the manager who said "I could go get it" or get a refund).
I didn't just want someone to hand up on me in mid sentence and refund the order, I wanted to know that I could trust my food being handled by them in the future. At first the manager told the delivery driver to talk with me who started to make excuses, arguing about how I didn't enter my address correctly and that's why he put my food on someone else's porch and left! Although for years I've described the cardinal direction of the house in relation to the driveway in the account notes without any issues.
There are also territories so no ordering from other locations as an option. A general manager from another location franchise also hung up on me when trying to find a solution. Corporate has not responded in approximately 3 weeks since I sent in my concern.
Domino's currently is completely disconnected from the customers. Papa John's now offers the same $6.99 meal deal I have embarrassingly spent hundreds of dollars on for my family and employees regularly from Domino's in the past.
Papa John's and others will now be what we have to do since Domino's is just untrustworthy with handling food. This franchise is also complained about by other franchises and needs to be corrected or shut down so other franchise opportunities could serve Edmond appropriately.
This is really out of hand.

Deliveries are excellent when placed online and with tip included. Have not called the store since the last horrible phone experience.

Since my last review I have been ordering pizzas constantly from this location and tipping 10 to $15 per order even if it's only one medium pizza. They take care of me when the order has a large tip and they've been very friendly however today I called up there to see if they could help send the order to more than one location and they ignored me placing me on hold for more than 10 minutes. I called back and spoke to the manager who just said sorry excuse Excuse excuse probably this probably that and then have a nice night. It's pretty sad.
December 27th 2021 - answered the phone but said 2 hours delivery wait. Called another dominoes 3 miles away from my house. They are unable to deliver on the other dominoes territory or they will "loose insurance coverage" this seems silly and ridiculous.

Read moreSo I've ordered from this location maybe about 20 times. In the attempts of ordering the food online everything was successful. When I arrived at the location 30% the time it would seem that my food is not ready. The other 15% of the time the food is not cooked correctly or the order is completely wrong. In lieu of the current situation I find it hard not to order pizza from this location because it's so close and because, when they do get it right, they do a good job. I'm not particularly happy that they charge for pepper and cheese in addition to what I already have to pay. I wish there were more adults working in the location and not children. Sometimes people will be waiting in the lobby with nowhere to sit while some of the employees are busy chatting it up having a good time and that's not very professional. I have had some good experiences at this location I won't lie or discredit them but I'd have to say this location needs to take things a little bit more seriously. I will come back and try again and hopefully succeed in getting a correct order. I mean no disrespect anybody that works here and Hope that the service and the quality...
Read moreI’ve given this store on danforth chance after chance & after tonight I will never order from this store again , they pick & choose when they want to provide good customer service , I redeemed a free emergency pizza for contactless delivery I just wanted a medium chicken pizza w shredded Parmesan Asiago & this is what I got specially made by Camryn who also spit in the pizza , they make your order wrong on purpose and I stopped tipping them for that reason & tonight the driver Austin left me a message , whether you get tipped or not you don’t treat customers this way, use other dominos stores around the city because the people that work here don’t care, Also DO NOT ORDER CONTACTLESS These employees here at this store specifically do all kinds of stuff to your order & they will block you out of the app from reporting a issue and not answer your phone calls if you have a problem with your order so if you get the wrong order you’ll have to go up to the store yourself, but this store specifically gets a kick out of making customers upset because they know exactly what they are doing and they just choose to not...
