It had been several years since I dined in at Jason’s deli. I grew up coming to this location with my mom as a kid. Their remodel was done well, cashier was kind. However the manager on duty for lunch 6/15/24 was extremely rude and snapped at me for grabbing a plastic ramekin to use for my salad bar entree. I don’t eat more than one serving at the endless salad bar and don’t like all my food items touching each other. Yes, I learned my lesson after her raising her voice, scolding me, and trying to shame me. Next time (if there’s a next time) I’ll request an extra ramekin from a cashier. Another thing I noticed is the atmosphere and mood of the employees. They seemed lifeless like every inch of their inner happiness had been sucked out by the toxic management at this place. As I looked back at the service line the micro manager is over there yelling at her employees with rage in her eyes and is making all kinds of hand gestures. Suggestions: have your manager take customer service, management, and emotional intelligence classes. Don’t degrade and belittle your employees and customers. Add back the toasted baguettes and better quality crackers to...

I have to say I always enjoy Jason's deli good fresh food…However maybe you need to have more staff meetings, when I was there last night they brought my sandwich and soup to the table and I immediately told him oh, I had half of a sandwich and soup instead of full sandwich & soup, he told me OK let me just take it back, I said, no worries I'll just keep it and take it home, he said he went back to the kitchen came back and said if I adjust your bill then I have to take the sandwich. I said forget it, don't bother with adjusting my bill, it's no need of throwing a good sandwich away. I will just take it home. He goes on to tell me that he has to take the sandwich and it's not going to go to waste, he would just take it home himself and eat it. He actually told me this twice. Made me irritated, why he would continue going back-and-forth about a sandwich instead of saying to the customer, just enjoy the sandwich take it home sorry we got your order wrong. To me, it was very childish and unprofessional... And after food is touched by the customer, it should not be going back to...

Went to Jason’s Deli today! Had about 45 minutes between our two cleanings today so had to be somewhere we could get in and out fast! Great service. We both got the Salad Bar and drink! Meant to take a pic, but didn’t really have time. The choices on the Salad Bar were great! Regular Iceberg Lettuce, Spinach Lettuce plus a Mixed Lettuce! Great assortment of add one...Mushrooms, Red, Yellow and Green Peppers, Cauliflower, Lentils, Cheddar Cheese, Blue Cheese, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Onions, Hot Peppers, Black Olives, Green Olives, Peas, Whole Boiled Eggs, Lemons, Cucumbers, Carrots, Celery, Raisins, Chopped Ham, different types of Beans, Sesame Seeds, Croutons, Bacon Bits, etc. and lots of different Dressings. Along with Potato Salad, Cottage Cheese, Pasta Salad, Fruits, Puddings and the best little muffins around! I know there is more, just can’t remember! Always fresh and filled up! Cost around $21.00 for two Salad Bars with drinks. Delish! Of course they also have Sandwiches, Soups, Etc! But I love the Salad Bar! Try it out! Don’t think you will be...

A solid spot for some solid comfort food! I love everything here. Whether I’m in the mood for a sandwich, a cup of soup, or some pasta, they have me covered, and it’s all good! I also love how they go out of their way to make their food healthy and as close to nature as possible! They have banned many of the synthetic additives that may make food taste or look better, but they’re things we shouldn’t be eating. By the way they don’t need any help from artificial additives to make their food taste great! It already does that on its own thanks to their skill in selecting the right ingredients and making everything the right way! Need to feed a crowd? They also cater!

Jason’s Deli, especially on 33rd Street in Edmond, has REALLY Gone Downhill! I ordered a New York Yankee (pastrami & corned beef) and it was 85% corned beef when it’s supposed to be 50/50. I took the picture before taking a bite, but when I did I couldn’t even bite through the tough gristle on the pastrami, I promptly drove back up to the restaurant and showed them the sandwich and requested a refund. The manager refunded the “almost $20.00 sandwich” and said “it may take 5 days to show up on my card”. When I got home, my wife said the baked potato she ordered tasted “old”. 🤷🏻‍♂️ What do you do when your favorite restaurant “of old” can’t deliver good food anymore?

The salad bar has a lot of options and is tasty. You are now limited to one trip to the salad bar, total bummer. Plenty of seating in tables or booths. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly. We eat here for lunch and rarely spend more than a few minutes in line. The prices are a little high. **Update: September 2024** Salad items not very fresh, the hard boiled eggs tasted old and the cucumbers were soft. Overall not that great of a salad. For the price, they should also actually chop things like the onions instead of giant chunks.
