Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Edmonds

Some of the worst customer service ever I usually always go here, but I don't know who they have working at 1:06 pm The heavier set lady and the old man at the window were just rude I explained to the old man that he had given me the wrong order yesterday because he was kind of rushing me out of the drive-through and I said you gave me Bean instead of beef and he said well I'm giving you beans today which mind you they are out of beef so they had to give me bean which is not what My son prefers he likes the beef but I went with the beans today because that's all they had however he just kind of brushed me off like it didn't even matter that he messed up my order the day before and the heavier lady her customer service sucks when she passed me my bag and I told her thank you and she just kind of looked at me dumbfounded like she didn't know how to deal with customers. Please put some people to take orders that are actually worth something and make the customers feel welcome because stuff like this I don't wanna go back there and i'm a good customer. This is usually my go to taco time but I don't like that...

I came in at 8pm. Ordered 2 hard tacos and a soft taco and a crusto. I specified fresh on the crusto since I was in a month ago and the crusto wasn't edible had turned to a brick, but served togo to me anyways. So this time I got home with my food and to my horror they had microwaved a old crusto from this morning and put tons and then tons more of cinn and sugar on the hot grease laddern chips, you couldn't see the chips they were so coated.I just couldn't understand why I didn't get fresh? Or at least told there are none. So I returned to the resturant, since phone calls go to a call center for Taco Time. I asked the same girl, didn't I say fresh and she said yes. I then got the manager who has no idea what customer service is. Of course I was mad. He could have cared less and stood buy the crustos that he said were made that morning. I guess he doesn't understand they are no good 10 hrs later. All I wanted was a little yummy dessert, my bad. Sheesh I've eaten here many times in 40 yrs. I LOVE Taco Time..... I've been eating there since I was little (think 70's and 80's) but I was VERY disappointed with this one. We had to wait for someone to come to the register, when we did get someone up there he rang up what should have been one order as two separate and then had to correct it. They were out of cooked ground beef so we had to wait for my sons tacos but I think worse of all was my daughter's salad. It was brought to us with ONLY the meat. I had to take it back up to the counter where someone tried convincing me that the salad was correct and me saying repeatedly no this ONLY has meat on it. They fixed the salad but still didn't give us the dressing. Had the store been busy I would give more than 3 stars but it was pretty much dead in there. The drive thru had one car at the time and there were only two other people in the lobby. This is not the type of Taco Time experience I'm used to having. I'm doubtful I will return to...
