Follow-up Reply to Our Place Dessert Cafeâs Response: Thank you for your response. While I understand your first-come, first-served policy, the issue is that paying customers like myself should not have to compete for seating with those who havenât made a purchase. I was first in line to order and dine-in, yet I couldnât find a seat because others occupied the space without buying anything.
Itâs amusing that my straightforward description of a negative experience is considered disrespectful. I didnât use any harsh or derogatory language towards your staff or customers; I merely pointed out an operational flaw. Perhaps you could enlighten me on which part of my feedback was offensive?
I appreciate the efforts of small businesses and recognize the challenges you face. However, dismissing genuine customer feedback as disrespectful is counterproductive. My intention was to suggest that prioritizing seats for paying customersâa common practice in many establishmentsâwould ensure fairness and improve the dining experience for everyone.
Thank you for considering my perspective. I hope my feedback contributes to enhancing your service.
Initial review: My visit to this dessert store was a complete disaster. Despite ordering food for dine-in, I was unable to find a seat because someone who hadnât ordered anything took the last available spot. The staff informed me that seating is not prioritized for customers who make purchases, which is both unfair and poorly managed. The lack of basic courtesy and organization made my experience extremely frustrating. If you value having a seat after ordering, look elsewhereâhere, youâll have to fight for one regardless of...
Read moreThis is a beautifully designed local café with a strong Korean aesthetic, perfect for Instagram. The interior and atmosphere are great.
However, to be completely honest, aside from the croffle, most of the cakes and desserts seem to be store-bought frozen cakes with minimal decoration. In fact, I could even recognize the brand of some items, like the molten cake. The croffle had a slightly undercooked doughy smell and was quite average. The cheesecakes are dry and overly processed, which was quite disappointing.
As for drinks, the 12oz options mostly taste like syrup rather than having a well-balanced flavor. But since the cafe looks pretty, people seem willing to pay the high prices just for the experience. The shaved ice (bingsu) is good, but thatâs a hard dish to mess up, so I wonât count it as a standout item.
In conclusion, itâs a nice cafe to visit at least once for the aesthetics, but when judging purely based on food and drinks, the quality is barely compensated by the beautiful atmosphere. After all, we go to cute cafĂ©s to enjoy time with friends in a nice setting. Unfortunately, I donât think Iâll be returning for...

And let me tell you about the einspanner drink - an elusive gem that can't be found anywhere else. It's a harmonious blend of coffee and whipped cream, creating an exquisite and unique taste that's bound to become your new favorite.
