Came here after a quick stop at Costco and boy, this was not my normal teriyaki experience! I came in starving, so was excited to try a few things off the menu: jjajjang myun (Korean style black bean sauce noodles) Korean crispy honey chicken + extra rice cake chili shrimp homemade kimchi Each item was less than $20 - so I proceeded to order one of each.
We decided to eat in and saw that they have complimentary water and hot tea available. We...were not prepared for these portion sizes! Each dish came out on a large bowl or platter! We could have easily had 4 people with us and I'm still not sure if we would have finished it all.
Needless to say, we have food for days. The jjajjangmyun noodles had the perfect bite and there were slices of beef throughout the sauce. Let's be real - I got the Korean crispy chicken just for the rice cakes and wow! Not only was the chicken perfectly crispy on the outside and so juicy and tender on the inside, but the rice cakes were also slightly fried, creating a lovely texture combination (also looked on their website and found out you can just order the rice cakes!) I was so focused on the jjajjangmyun and rice cakes that I only got to try one chili shrimp but it was nice, tail on but had a perfect spice level for me (can be on the low side for people who want spicy) heard the kimchi was made by the grandma so...I just had to get it and it was the perfect addition to our meal!
All in all, will definitely be coming again and hopefully bringing some friends to help eat...

I show up there at 525 p.m. there is a line. Wait for several people to get orders and order ahead of me in line. I paid for my food, discovering that the prices are considerably higher than the menu that you can order from online. Okay, covid and all, I thought it was understandable. Until I read the reviews online that their prices haven't been changed in over a year. Strike one. The store clears out and I'm the only person waiting now, and the cook ask the cashier what my order was. I realize they haven't even started my food and it is 5:45 p.m. strike two. I left to run an errand and came back in my food was ready. I had asked for hot mustard with my egg rolls, and asked again when I picked up the order if the utensils and hot mustard were in the bag and was told they were. Get home and there is no hot mustard in the bag, they gave me sweet and sour sauce instead. The teriyaki was chewy and the almond chicken was completely inedible like completely congealed. Strike three not worth the time don't even bother. I spent almost $40 on two meals that...
Read moreManna Teriyaki in Edmonds exceeded our dinner expectations tonight with its innovative twist on traditional teriyaki fare. We began our meal with the spicy chicken teriyaki, which delivered an impeccable balance of heat and flavor that ignited our taste buds. The orange chicken, featuring a zesty, tangy glaze, was equally impressive and provided a delightful contrast to the spicier offerings. A must-try dish was the black bean sauce noodle—known as Jjajangmyeon in Korean—a hearty, savory delight that showcased a deep, rich flavor profile rarely found in standard teriyaki restaurants.
Beyond the exciting menu, the atmosphere at Manna Teriyaki is warm and inviting. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well cared for. Their courteous service and attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience.
