Tried Clementine's on the suggestion of one of my friends living in O'Fallon - best decision EVER! With some of the most unique and creative flavors I've ever seen, I knew we were in for a treat. I opted for two scoops - one of their Salted Cookies and Cream and one of their seasonal Sweet Corn. The former was perfectly nostalgic, filled with huge chunks of crunchy, chocolatey goodness, but with enough sea salt to balance the rich sweetness.
