This is beyond dysfunctional person who is making my burrito doesn’t even know how to roam it was holding my burrito and cheese and guac all on the side of my burrito, and he thought I didn’t see it. He quickly wrapped it as he was wrapping it. It was unwrapping the foil paper on the outside was messy and it looks like someone to squeeze my burrito on the inside. t’s a African-American guy with twist or dreads working the register so I told him can I get a new burrito mines is very sloppy. I work in the field so he pursuits to touch my food with the same gloves. He was using to take money. I asked him can you change his gloves and make me a burrito, grab my burrito tortilla and squeezes the food out my burrito onto a new burrito disregarded everything I said, and I was very polite before I got upset she’s a heavyset Latina with black hair and red lipstick with glasses so went to go get her and she said no she’s not dealing with it when I ask for my money back before she sent someone else that’s not the manager to help me get my refund at the end of the day this is very unprofessional. Read moreNot only is this location the most inconsistent chipotle I've ever been to (1 visit everything was decently portioned, then the next time, hardly any beans or steak...and steak was mostly fat I had to spit out! But they drownded it in hot sauce!.... another visit the steak was very pink, and I got sick after eating it!) But they can't even list the correct hours!! I drove all the way a cross town (arrived at 9:15) to find out they closed at 9....
