Store#52167 From the moment I walked in, I could tell this Starbucks was something special—floors gleaming, counters and tables perfectly organized, and a fresh, welcoming vibe that made it a pleasure just to be there early morning.

But what truly made my visit memorable was the team working behind the counter led by the shift supervisor CC, and barista Vanessa . Every employee was genuinely friendly, attentive, and honest, and going above and beyond with a smile ready to make your day a bright one!.

But what sets this Starbucks apart is the business ethics and the integrity of the employees. When I left Starbucks and ready to jump on my motorcycle, I left a valuable item on the table behind. By the time I started my motorcycle, the shift supervisor and her barista signaled me to remind me about my item. As I was returning they were quick to bring the item to me. This type of action is what sets this place apart. Employees care about your order and care enough about you to brighten you day.

On our road-trip my fiancé and I stopped at this Starbucks last Tuesday and I ordered online while he went inside. I ordered two warm venti white chocolate mochas, since I was feeling sleepy while driving. Our drinks were out very quick in about 2-4 minutes which was surprising since it was busy when I ordered there were cars in the drive thru and plenty of people inside, but we didn’t think anything of it. We did not start drinking our drinks until we were on the road, but I believe that all we got was creamer, neither of us tasted any coffee in our drinks they were just overly sweet and I typically feel more awake after having caffeine but I continued to be tired throughout our trip and had to stop to get tea at a gas station to feel more awake. I used their curb side pick up. I ordered two coffees. Their service was a little on the slower side and they didn't have a long line. I know it could be because of what I ordered (1 was a frappe) but I was also having issues with the app. Instead of doing everything inside the app, when you get their to do a curb side pick up, the app opens a separate window. You then have to select the parking spot you are in and confirm. Since my service there wasn't the greatest I kept having issues to confirm my spot so I didn't know if they had received my order.
