Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Centro

I order takeout from this location, 3 crunchy tacos, extra beef, no lettuce. I returned to my car to discover lettuce in my tacos. I was a little irritated and walked back to the restaurant. I was sure I hit the no lettuce button on the self checkout tablet, however the woman working behind the counter showed me that I had in fact not hit the no lettuce option. I was fully prepared to buy 3 more tacos, when the owner step in and offered to remake my tacos without lettuce. He was very gracious and professional. I feel bad that my mistake cost them, but I truly appreciate the great service. I will be sure to return to this location on my frequent road trips through...

Walked in to use restroom and get some food on road trip. No customers inside no one in drive through. Bathrooms locked and require a code. Employees were in the back chit chatting. They looked at me and kept talking expecting me to do their job for them and type in my order on their kiosk and figure out bathroom code myself. Walked out and went to in and out across street. Clean open bathrooms and tons of employees...

So, i eat a fair amount of taco bell. I’ve been to a ton of them all over the country and even a few outside of the states.

This particular location is one of the best ones I’ve ever been to. Everyone that works there is super kind and everything I order is actually proportioned well and not thrown together and is actually made with care.

This one’s a straight up 10/10 Tbell experience....
