Terrible service. I just went there for breakfast, went through the drivethru. I ordered a large Hi-C orange. Drove up to the window, the worker took my card and charged me for it. Then she suddenly discovered they were out of Hi-C orange. Well, I didn't feel like a coke, and I asked her what other drinks they had. She listed off a bunch of caffeinated and carbonated stuff that I wasn't in the mood for, so I asked if they had anything non-carbonated. She said yes, they have lemonade. I said that would be great. So then I get my food and she comes back and says now they don't have any lemonade. Do I want some other soda? No, I don't want anything carbonated. I ask if I could have an orange juice. Sure, she says -- she'll just have to charge me extra, for a small orange juice, since I had only paid for a large soft drink. No, no, I say, and ask for the manager. The manager comes around, I explain that I didn't get the large Hi-C orange I paid for, and I didn't get the large lemonade that was offered to me. She says they didn't get their deliveries yesterday. Hey, you know, that's too bad but it's not my fault. I tell her I would like to have an orange juice. She offers me the smallest one and makes like she's doing me a favor. I tell her I would like a larger orange juice, she refuses to do this. This is the on-duty manager, I am pretty sure she could comp someone a free large orange juice if she really wanted, but instead she won't budge and only offers a small. I tell her I'm not happy with that, and I'll be speaking to the franchise owner, and she still won't relent and give me a slightly larger cup. Instead she tries telling me -- without apologizing -- that it's not THEIR fault that they didn't get the shipment, so I shouldn't blame them. I told her that I wouldn't be coming back there again and that she'd just lost a customer. She clearly didn't care. I left quite unsatisfied and just amazed at the lousy customer service -- twice not giving me the drink I'd ordered, and refusing to make even the barest concession in the cause of keeping...
Read moreTerrible service food is terrible everything's just terrible about this place in I got put on hold in the Drive-Thru because the employees couldn't get it together I can hear them laughing which is cool I'm all for having a good time but I mean God I sat there like at least five minutes until someone final came on then there was silence and then I want to say it took at least four separate tries to get my order right but bravo she finally did by that time there was at least two cars behind me then I get to the window to pay and she doesn't take my money right away and then they're all in there just walking in circles trying to I have no idea what they're doing but they all look extremely confused including the manager like to figure out where the register was or how to open it but they did tell me that there was cash only and no debit cards accepted at this time for some reason so I don't see what the big deal was unless they couldn't do basic math there should have been no reason for me to be waiting as long as I did I waited there at least 15 minutes once I got to the window by that time there was a lot of cars behind me it's not like I was ordering out the whole store I was only ordering food for myself like two items or something. But wait that's not all. The drive-thru is in the absolute worst location. So instead going around the parking lot like most of them do especially when they have a high volume of customers every day it hugs the building right to the street so it's like In-N-Out Burger where traffic's always backed up into oncoming traffic like all the time. And not to mention dangerous. There's trash everywhere everyone I've gone thrre and the bathroom as always being serviced it's never open not to mention always so many people there at any given time with long and uncomfortable waits. Read moreStay away from this location. I got cheated out of my Monopoly pieces by the staff. Also, they wasted my time lying on the phone about a special they said they had but ended up not having when I arrived. I called my phone at 7:00 a.m. on the way to work to ask if they still had the $6 value meal. It would be obvious that no one will be calling that early about lunch, or at least ask the obvious clarifying question if I was inquiring about breakfast or lunch. But she just said yes, so I came and asked for the $6 breakfast meal and they said that deal expired already. So I ordered the regular egg McMuffin combo, paid and drove off I reached in my bag for the Monopoly pieces and they weren't there. I had to bust a u-turn and walk inside this time and wait to ask this time about my incomplete order. They pointed at a sign on the wall that said limited supplies on the Monopoly pieces and then told me that they were only giving them for the large coffees and not the McMuffin or the hash browns. Well the sign on the wall doesn't stipulate what items they are specifically choosing to give out the pieces for. So I have to guess which items I have to pay full price for to get my rightful Monopoly pieces?? Stay away from...
