At the line to pay I was instucted to go to a register that apparently no one knew was opened across the entrance isle plus 3 registers down. I was the 3rd in line where I was and came to be 2nd in line where I was told to move. Well this male attendant was ringing up a lady but it seemed that he was acting as her therapist. She was going on about her woes and now there were 2 others behind me waiting. Then I see the customer that was behind me at the first register leaving and nobody at that register so I went back upset at being asked to move by what seemed to be a female supervisor and made a comment to the cashier about the therapist/cashier. They said it was "good customer service....you don't know what that lady may be going through". That's just it I shouldn't HAVE to know. Read moreLooking for cotton neck scarves on a Monday? Because Hobby Lobby is closed Sundays? Well, for 99 cents each I found 2 plain black scarves and one printed black scarf. There are a variety of colors. Specifically in plain there is white, green, yellow, red and black. The printed varieties have all colors including camouflage and doggie print. I was stunned by the massive inventory of toys, puzzles, gifts, paper, holiday decor, plants, candles, books, candy, cake decorating supplies, fish aquarium supplies, paints, pens clothes and more! For artists, both professional and novice. Hobby Lobby was bustling with families and customers consulting their loved ones by phone. The cashier Annette, was particularly kind and one could tell that she loved her job. Bathrooms in the rear are clean. And no annoying music. I will be back. The Easter decorations are in season...

A backup cashier hops on. Cash super asked one customer if she was purchasing but decided to stay in line. Another customer was asked. Taking their time to answer. I then walked to register. By the time the customer decides to go. Cashier tells me she is going to help the customer that the cash supervisor sent. I told her no one was moving, so I came over. Then she tells the other customer, "I'll help you at the next register. Leaves me standing at the register, and cashier walked to the...
